They took over £300 from me, they had an issue on their website but they refuse to give me back any money & say it's my fault. The customer service is awful. Company is disgusting.

I ordered from them the beginning of February and decided I didn't want it, I immediately contacted them and advised them to cancel the order (on the same day of the order) they came up with all excuses and told me what I needed to do. Secondly they're in China some where and cannot be reached during the day, long story short as of today 4/24 I have not received my refund, I RECOMMEND NOT TO USE THEM EVER if I could give them a zero star I would

Nihao is a company with a wide variety of jewelry and at an affordable cost for the whole public, I have had a good experience in my purchases, everything is very nice.

When I tried to order on this website, it said the payment did not go through but it was debited from my account ( usd 270). I emailed them and they ask for proof from the bank which I sent few days ago but I still did not get any response. I DID NOT RECEIVE THE CONFIRMATION NOR DID I RECEIVE A REFUND

Nihao has a great variety of things. They were good quality when I received them and the pictures of the products were pretty accurate. The price was good too of the items. The shipping was fast. It arrived in 10 days. Everything was in great condition. If things get out of stock they put credit in your account, which is nice. But, it would be nice if they had some stuff for tiny dogs. I saw that they had some dog bowls, but beds or outfits would be nice. The variety is great again. I checked to make sure it was a legit cite, and it is. I am glad I purchased gifts for my family and myself here. I will make more purchases. I liked the tabs from different cultures too. You get an idea where everything is from. The customer service is great by WhatsApp or call, but the chat doesn't usually work. I wish I got a few more warnings about when things would arrive, so I am not left worrying about when it arrives. But it went surprisingly fast, so I am happy. The quality of the items is good too. They could also have more angles and perspectives of each item they sell (ie: I ordered sword earrings, but when I got the package is when I realized I had to order each earring separately so I am glad I ordered 2 so I have 1 set), but otherwise the pictures are accurate for what they have. Maybe I just missed it on the pg. I'm looking forward to buying more. Thank you
