I had a pending order that was not pay for but I also had a Credit and I was trying to complete the purchase and could not so I Immediately contacted customer service they responded quickly and was able to complete my purchase with out me paying the difference. I love to purchase all my products from Nihao.
I've placed 4-5 orders with them every order had an issue and because I am a business I preorder to bee ahead so we've n I don't receive the items I anticipated after awaiting weeks to not get what I want use a great disappointment and they don't care they gave me a store credit why would I continue to order from a company that's unreliable and has false advertisement

They took over £300 from me, they had an issue on their website but they refuse to give me back any money & say it's my fault. The customer service is awful. Company is disgusting.
