Made an order of over $300

Made an order of over $300. At first, customer service will do anything to get your business. Made order and pay for the items to learn that a few items were not available anymore, and I had to make another choice (no refunds). Order was received but incomplete. Made more than reasonable attempts to contact customer service and they just would not help. Lie after lie. I got stuck with a missing item and a defective item. Potential buyers, stay away from this seller. Do not buy anything, as you will regrest as I do.
