Received a 150$ jacket with a 1.5 inch hole in the seam. (no loose threads, simply missed stitching during production and was obviously not quality control checked) Contacted customer service the same day we received it and they were extremely unhelpful and just kept sending canned responses to my questions and concerns. We will not be shopping here again and will not recommend them to others.
We ordered a Vegas Golden Knights jersey for our son, as we were unable to find them locally. They were retailing for $140.00 on NHLShop.ca so we figured the quality must be good.
I was shocked when I received this jersey. The quality is without question, the worst I have ever seen including the print (no stitching), which will likely wear off within the first few weeks assuming we don't need to wash it. There is no way our son could wear this outside the house, as it feels as though it will tear in certain areas. Save your money and go to Walmart, if you're looking for a cheap "shirt" with poor print. I can't believe they are selling these jerseys for +$100.00. They are worth $30 at most.
Maybe poor training of the CustServ individual, a lack of service empowerment, or just a weak service person... but management resolved the matter. "$250 jersey is at least two sizes too small but they will not do a return. It took 3 days to get the chat feature to even show up on the screen and the service person was uninterested and didn't give a crap. The return process that happens when certain screens pop up doesn't work."
Purchased a jersey for Cyber Monday at 50% off, only to wake up Tuesday and find out they're 65% off now. They won't cancel my order, it was less than 12 hours, it says shipping is Jan 12, today is Nov 29... no possible way they can cancel my order, right? I feel very scammed and ripped off. Just get a jersey somewhere else.
Buy from anywhere else but here! Their size chart is completely misleading (unless you're an extremely small person) the customer service is terrible and you have to fight for every penny of your refund! They'll try and shortchange you every step of the way! Save yourself huge amounts of stress and aggravation and shop anywhere else but this place! Worst experience I've ever had!
Ordered a jersey early for a Christmas gift. Given shipping circumstances over the holidays, ordered it to arrive in November so it would arrive on time to be under the tree. Size was too small. Given it was over the 30 day timeline, they refused to exchange the jersey. I even offered to ship it back prepaid. No customer service from the initial representative to the manager on duty at the time. We will NOT purchase from them again.
Awful customer service! Never received my order. They use a company called Laser Ship which I have never heard of. They say it was delivered but cannot tell me where it was delivered to? When you call them, no one can help you. They referred me to the shipping company who referred me back to this company. They take your money and you never receive your order. I will never order anything from this company again. I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau and I hope everyone else who is having issues does so as well. I feel like I have been scammed. They have my money and I do not have what I ordered nor have I received a refund. BUYER BEWARE!

Bought a Fanatics jersey of my favorite team for 200$; literally fell into pieces within 48 hours. Name of player and player number are glued onto shirt with the cheapest glue you can find. Customer service absolutely non-existent. No way to talk or chat with anybody. Absolute and total fraud. Nothing else to say.
Wish I would have check reviews before shopping on nhlshop.ca.
Their Carrier is Landmark Global you can use your tracking number to find that it was handed over to Sprint Star and with a different tracking number.

Landmark says they handed it to sprint, sprint says nope... LMAO! I have had no updates on my order since nov 14. The least they could do is let you know its going to be late and why... Dont leave us hanging. They dont care enough about US why the hell would we order from them again.
This company uses sub par delivery companies and because of this your order will Never arrive or be marked undeliverable! Don't chance it, you'll be so disappointed!

Bought this jersey as a birthday gift for my wife but I ordered it four months before her birthday. Did not know that the warranty against defects is only 30 days. She went to put it on for the first time and the name bar is falling off. She didn't even get it on and the name bar is falling off. Very poor quality control if this passes their inspections and having this poor of a warranty period should only indicate to future buyers that the quality is less than what they are paying for.
Ordered an "authentic" pro game jersey.
Waited for weeks before it was even started. Finally it shipped.
What a major disappointment when I tried this jersey on. It fit like a tight polo shirt! A guy small enough to fit this jersey over equipment wouldn't be playing in the NHL.
The Adidas sizing chart on the site is complete garbage. Naturally the custom jersey is not returnable.
So now I am stuck hoping I can recover some of the $350 on Ebay.
If you want pain in your $#*!, just buy there. I bought 2 t-shirts but they were too small. I went on their website and it was really hard to find how to process, both chat, phone or email for help.
Finally get the address to ship to, no online return form, only paper to sent with purchase.
I paid for the return + they don't refund initial shipping fees. I put a tracking so I know it was deliver.
After a 2 weeks following the delivery, no refund so I sent a email and an automatic reply saying someone will get to me. 1 week later no news, so I called them and I was told the refund can take up to 4 weeks.
An other week later, called them saying they didn't receive anything. I sent them tracking for the package, they replying saying they will refund but next time, to get a tracking and follow online instruction for return. Those asholes lost my package and are blaming me even after I have send them delivery confirmation.
There is no chance I will reorder there is MY ENTIRE LIFE.
Terrible selection. Was going to order Colorado Avalanche hoodie. Only colour option was grey. Want anything else, go to nhlshop.com. They have something like 70 hoodies compared to 7. Waste of time looking at this site
I bought 2 T shirts from NHLShop.ca. The quality of their product is poor and the prices are high. I would never order from them again.
Placed first order on Nov 26, but got an email 9 days before delivery that the jersey was out of stock.
Placed a second order on Dec 20 the jersey was back in stock so I paid extra for 3-7 business shipping days. Well, the order doesn't ship until after the processing time.
Called on Dec 26 to cancel my order, and the rep I spoke to told me it has been 6 days since I placed my order so I can't cancel. So I ask where on your website it says that. I was told well 30 mins after I place the order, again I ask where on the site it says that. After a few mins of asking the same questions, a cancellation order was placed in 24-48 hours I will get an email.
Here we are over 48 hours later and no email. I was told that I would just have to wait until the order is shipped and then I can return it (lol). Speaking to a manager and was told that the cancellation department is busy so wait 3 more days and they will get back to me.
So, basically, you place an order with a 3rd party that deals with the manufacturer. Just spoke with another supervisor Patrice who told me I have 2 options.
Option 1, call back on Jan 18 and place a cancellation order ( 2 shipping date
Option 2, wait until I receive the jersey and ship it back to them.
The jersey is still in processing and they won't cancel it.
Answer: Very very Difficult! Unless you enjoy chat, and if they don't like what you ask they'll disconnect you
