I ordered an XL sweatshirt and received one that didn't fit. I contacted BHB about the issue. I was assured a new sweatshirt would be sent out mid-February. I have yet to receive it. I've emailed two times, once at the beginning of March and second time on the 23rd of March. I have not heard back! I'm stuck with a great looking sweatshirt that does not fit. I'm very disappointed and won't being ordering from British Heritage Brands!
The item appears to run rather small in size. Wish I had ordered a larger size. It took long time to clear customs in Chicago which is beyond your control. The sweatshirt is very nice quality.
After I ordered as a christmas present, and realized that I need a bigger size...no one is talking to me anymore. Very bad experience. Never again!
How else to describe my experience but completely disappointed.
My order is still on process, for almost a week! Your company is still on strike and I don't have my christmas prrsent yet!
Despite having made a purchase over 2 weeks ago I have not be given any information on the status of my order or when it is expected to arrive.

Sent me the wrong item, no response to any of my emails even tried messaging via Facebook. Avoid this company they won't refund or take responsibility for there mistakes
I have been emailing for week now and no one responses. I orderd 4 weeks ago and not received anything. Still waiting for mu delivery. Called a few times phones switched off.
Ordering online was the easy part. That went very smoothly and quickly. The disappointing part was receiving an incorrect item. That was made even more frustrating since only one item was ordered in the first place.
I ordered a hoodie from them, but it never arrived.
They don't reply to emails at all.
Of course, no refund.
I received not correct size and the company didn't answer to all my questions
The Customer Service number provided *******310 is switched off. No response to emails on *******@bhbrands.co.uk.
Out of 10, I have one item outstanding to receive for which the payment is made.
Other incorrect size item is been sent, for which I need a replacement and return address so that I can return it.
Purchase made on 14/06/2022 and now it is 28/06/2022.
Time to wake up! And please resolve my issues.
I paid extra for tracking with this shipment and I have yet to receive ANYTHING.

Orders an item on the 31st May. Paid extra postage as was guaranteed delivery on time. However the parcel was delivered too late I have contacted the company twice with regards to a return and refund. Both E mails have been ignored.
Difficult to give review when I have't yet received my ordered sweater
Ordered a Union Jack night dress with free shipping, only to be left with a bill to cover postage as it wasn't sufficient enough! Put me right off making any further orders from the website. Disappointed
