I ordered an XL sweatshirt and received one that didn't fit. I contacted BHB about the issue. I was assured a new sweatshirt would be sent out mid-February. I have yet to receive it. I've emailed two times, once at the beginning of March and second time on the 23rd of March. I have not heard back! I'm stuck with a great looking sweatshirt that does not fit. I'm very disappointed and won't being ordering from British Heritage Brands!
Tip for consumers:
It either was mid-marked XL or British XL is smaller than American XL. I couldn’t even get the sweatshirt over my shoulders it was so small.
