***RUN FAR AWAY***
I ordered a Barry sanders rookie card on October 14,2023 they sent me an email saying it was on the way Oct 17th Nov-dec-Jan nothing. I call in November they say oh we see you haven't received your package we will look into it and email you with an update. I said okay I was patient. No email no call. December rolls in nothing I call in again. Same song and dance. January comes in this is now past 3 months of the original order. I call in they say sorry sir it got lost in transit we need to issue a refund. WHAT! So basically no communication for 3+ months just to be told sorry we ran out. They should be sued and I will be watching close to see if there is ever a class action brought against them. Trash 🗑

When you return an item you are given two options. You can receive a full refund issued on an Ecard or a partial refund to the original form of payment. I opted for the ecard. The ecard information is nowhere on your login in account. That information is sent in an email that has a twelve digit number and a seven digit number you need to enter at checkout. Super annoying!

Do NOT order from them. Horrible experience. Several calls, nothing resolved. I ordered my custom shirt on 2/13, received today, 2/25. Print is spotted, poor craftsmanship, see photo. Called, all they wanted to do was for me to send back, wait 25 days for refund, and send out a 20% off gift card to order again. I will not order again from them. I wanted them to resend me a quality shirt without waiting that long. I offered to send them a picture. 1st person hung up on me, couldn't understand half of what he was saying, kept asking to repeat. He hung up. I called back and explained again the situation, nothing. I was promised my shirt by a certain day(last week) and I had to make calls to follow up where it was, which I finally got today and it is a piece of junk. I will NEVER order from them again. Money down the drain.

My husband finally decided as a birthday gift to himself, he would get himself a custom jersey. It was before his birthday and they were having a decent sale. He wanted authentic, a company he can trust. So why not go straight to NFL. This company by far has the worst customer service ever, if you do not want to be swindled, do not even bother, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Over a month no customer service update, email, phone, NOTHING. Every time you call you either GET someone who is NEW, answering the phone unprofessional, HARD to UNDERSTAND... and HAS NO CLUE WHAT IS GOING ON... Never can get a MANAGER. They are always submitting some BS ticket to get you moving along. Any way no update for over a month. After we call then we get a ticket put in, NO Explanation, except for its an OUTSIDE company that makes CUSTOM, They ALL OF A SUDDEN do not have the size available. Ummm did anyone call to advise NO NO and NOOOO! So now we wait some more. Then call again a few weeks later, NO CLUE as to what is going on. WHERE ARE YOUR COMPUTER NOTES, ACCOUNT NOTES HELLO! No MANAGER AGAIN! Wait... for it... ANOTHER TICKET... Nothing resolved. Today we get an email stating that because this item was a sale item, THEY DO NOT REFUND THE MONEY, they chose a charity of THEIR CHOICE. Please tell me this is a JOKE! Then we call, get another person on the phone NO CLUE, put on HOLD to guess what...ready for this... CREATE ANOTHER TICKET and you will receive an updated EMAIL. GIVE US OUR MONEY, and we promise to never EVER EVER EVER deal with this SORRY *y^%%$$ COMPANY AGAIN...They dont even deserve a star

Ordered Jaylen Waddle Shirt in youth extra large, they sent men's Xl, called sent me return label and were quite rude. They resent the shirt, again men's XL sent. Called again this time CS Rep advised item had been out of stock since September & order should never have been accepted. They said said would send return label at no charge to me. A few days later decided I would try one more time and ordered a different shirt again youth XL. Today the shirt arrived again men's XL received. Again CS Rep was ride And spoke such bad English I had to keep spelling my information and was soo difficult to understand.
DO NOT order from this company they certainly represent NFL in bad way!

Worthless

Let's start by talking about the price point, ridiculous.

My recent order: I'm going to a bengals game on Thursday. I ordered it well during regular business hours EST on Tuesday. I paid the $30 "next day shipping" fee. Waste of $30 bucks, not going to come in time.

Oh, and don't try to call customer service. This multi billion dollar industry could care less about your frustration. You'll talk to a robot for hours, and even get hung up on.

It's crazy that personability and ethics are thrown out if the window from this money hungry unethical organization. Never again.

Missing items
November 12, 2018

I ordered several items last week after seeing a 20 % plus shipping sale on the NFLShop. So far I have only received one item I purchased and after I spoke with customer service I was told that they have no time frame when the rest will ship. I'm not understanding cause they have the same sale going on and all the items I purchased are in stock saying ships within one day. Now after complaining I keep getting the run around and emails saying... Thank you for shopping with us. We know how excited you are to receive your merchandise. We are still working on a shipping update for order. I just would like the items I purchased in a timely manner, within reason, even a logical reason would be appreciated.

I wish I would have read some reviews before "purchasing" a NFL jersey from this site. It never arrived, was supposedly shipped back to the sender by USPS, but they claim they have never received it. I've been dealing with *******@dosomebiz.com too. I've asked for my money back since I never actually got the jersey and they said they won't refund until they receive the package. This was 4 months ago, they still haven't received it apparently. Yeah right! Complete SCAM!

Total fraud, took order for jersey that they didn't have and wouldn't credit back my credit card. After going round and round for 5 weeks with *******@buyfromsites.com a *******@dosomebiz.com said they would send another jersey. Never happened. Save your money!

I don't see how there are all these bad reviews?! Puzzled. Sorry for anyone's bad experience with "NFL Shop" but I have had zero issues with purchase, order, shipping, receiving. I ordered my women's small jersey and received it 5 days later. One of those days being a holiday so it would've came in 4 days! I live in NY, I love my jersey just in time for game day! All I have to say is #GoBills

Couldn't get any worse

I recently received a gift for my birthday. It's the wrong size. All I wanted to do was exchange it for the right size. They keep telling me they can't find any of the information pertaining to the order. Waiting for return labels never got them. Won't let me talk to a supervisor and they tell me if I can return it I'll have to get a gift card and reorder. They certainly don't care about their customers. I work retail never of had such a hard returnI don't even want to give them a one but it doesn't get any lower

I could not rate this any lower or I would have. It has been a full year and my order is still not fulfilled. I have only received 1 out of 4 jersey's, in one year! They do not respond to my emails which is the ONLY way to contact them. I now have to fight to get a refund.
Cheap jerseys, but after all the time I've spent I was better off paying full price elsewhere which is my advice. STAY AWAY!

MLB gear on FB supposedly official jerseys! Never got merchandise or refund! They charged me $75.41 when the receipt did not show it would be this much. *******@buyfromsites.com quit responding to my emails after I demanded my money back or I would report them everywhere I could.

Yes this is a scam I was luckily notified by my bank that someone tried to use my credit card at a women's specialty shop in Arlington. 1 the price was different so yes they are stealing money and when Jessica sent me an email she said it would show out of country. Lies upon lies these people should be ashamed of themselves.

Avoid at all costs. Do not use this site. I ordered a jersey in November. It gave me a date when I should expect the jersey. Two weeks after this date I emailed asking for my money back since it still had not arrived. I was denied my refund due to "it already being processed." A week later I was told they didn't have my jersey in stock, and I could order a different one or get my money back. I asked for my money back and was told it would be easier if I just ordered another. I again asked for my money back, or a phone number to talk to someone about this. It is now 4 months later, and I have received no refund. I have however found all their information online for anyone else who has this problem. They take more out than you authorize, you don't get the items. If you do it's the wrong item. They are unwilling to fix mistakes. I reported them to cyber crimes and the NFL as they use their logo. I thought I was buying from the actual nflshop site, only to discover I wasn't after seeing my bank statement. Working to get them shut down. I was redirected from www.nflshop.com to them.
