THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO MY EMAILS... THE FUNDS WERE TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNTBUT THEY DO NOT RECOGNZE THE PAYMENT? NEED HELP

They did respond to my email about a week later with a shipping number. It took 17 days to get my merchandise. My merchandise was shipped from China so that is why there are extra charges(shipping and dollar conversion. I sure will not order from this site again. I hope this helps
