I ordered a jersey on Dec 5, my payment posted on Dec 7, this was supposed to be a Christmas gift but I never received my order.
I have sent 3 emails to the address that was given to me and I have not heard anything. I am beginning to think this website is bogus and they are in the business of just taking peoples money.
I placed an order on Black Friday. After about 2 weeks, I finally received a tracking number. But, that has been a joke. When I entered the tracking number in the tracking link, it tells me the shipment does not exist.
After many emails, some nice, some begging, and some ugly, I still do it have a delivery timing for my shipment. Matter a fact, I've received no response at. I have about decided that I should have just tossed my $200 out the car window and I would have been much better off.
Is this site for real or just a rip off?

Everything about the transaction was wrong and misleading - charged more than quoted, told there would be no additional duty or exchange rate add ons... wrong, wrong, wrong. And xl is equal to xxxl in any other brand. And colour is wrong.

My son wanted a Gostkowski tshirt - not a jersey - just a tshirt with his name and number. I ordered a Men's medium, which is his usual size. When I opened the package to wrap it, my 12 year old daughter said 'that would fit me!'. For a minute I thought they sent a kids XL, but the label says men's medium. I'll still give it to him since it's Christmas eve and it took 3 weeks to arrive, then my daughter who wears a ladies small will wear it and I'll order another in a much larger size for him. Either that, or I'll just go to Patriots Place and get one from the Pat's pro-shop. It's a bit of a drive and they don't have them online which is why I went with the NFL site instead. Lesson learned!

Terrible shipping information when order was placed, was lead to believe it would be received by Xmas, it is not and now shows delivery on 12/28/15. The order was placed on 12/15 but didn't ship until 12/22, I'm now wondering if it will even be the correct item... very disappointing. On top of this, the site displays the FedEx logo, but doesn't appear to use them as my item was shipped by a different company...
The company did respond to my issues, I appreciate that but would strongly suggest anyone considering this site to read all the fine print...

According to their website, if an order was placed Monday, December 21, by 3pm Eastern time and you paid for 3 business days shipping, it would arrive on December 24.
I went ahead and ordered the item Monday morning and paid the $12.99 to have it arrive on Christmas Eve. The package was picked up by FedEx the next day and remained in Ohio until Wednesday, Dec 23. The package arrived in California in the evening on Dec 23 and was at its destination facility the following morning, Dec 24, where it will sit until next Monday, Dec 28.
NFLShop is refunding my shipping, but I really wish I had ordered through Amazon instead. In a tight deadline it seems you're better off ordering elsewhere.

Hubby ordered a Cincinnati Bengals Nugent team Football jersey in Womens Xlarge for me for Christmas. After many years I gave in and let him spend too much on me because this could be our last Christmas as my husband is battling stage 4 cancer. He ordered my jersey on Dec 11,2015 we received it Dec. 22,2015. What we received was a Mens Medium Cleveland Cavaliers Basketball jersey. Right state everything else was wrong! And too late to exchange! So thanks NFL shop for the ruined Christmas as I have nothing to open and not to mention whomever got my jersey may not be too happy either!

My order was placed on 12/01/2015 for two jerseys. After two weeks with no update or jerseys I decided it was time to email. After maybe a week with no response I emailed again, finally getting one tracking number which stated it was delivered. Yay! Went to mailbox, my package was there. Opened it, only ONE jersey. So I decided to email the same lady who emailed me in the first place on 12/20 and still have not received an email back. Where is my second jersey? I'm furious that I can't get an answer as to the status of my order and why it's taking so long to move from NEW status? I have called 4 times this is now my 5th and I have been on hold for an hour! My money was taken and you continue to send emails stating that jerseys can be ordered as late as today and you will still receive them by 12/24. I have emailed twice about getting an update if this will ever ship, and the person who answers just says that it will be updated soon. This has been 3 weeks now and I am pissed that I will not have his Christmas present for christmas much less any hope that it will ever really come. UPDATE *** Apparently I ordered from nfltops.com which is NOT the nfl shop site, it is a scam site. I ordered from the ACTUAL nfl shop on 12/20 and will hopefully be getting that by tomorrow 12/23. I ordered a Christmas gift for my husband on Mon Dec 14 for an item in stock and paid extra for 3 day shipping. Today Dec 19th I get an email stating it still has not shipped and will not receive till after Christmas. I just canceled the order and now with 5 days left for Christmas I have to go fight the crowds and try and find this jersey for my husband and there's no telling when my credit card will get refunded. I understand it is the holiday season but not everything is for Christmas. I ordered a birthday present on the 12th for my husband, the free shipping would have been after his birthday so I opted to pay $10.00 to have it by the 18th. I checked the tracking today and it is not coming until the end of day on the 21st? I contacted customer service and they did refund the shipping but I do not have a birthday gift. The entire point is that I would have ordered something from Amazon Prime instead, I never have had an issue. Do not offer something that you cannot deliver.

I felt like I got scam on shipping. I paid extra $9.99 for 3 day delivery. I placed my order on 12/14 Monday early morning and hoping I can get the jersey I ordered by Friday 12/18 like what other online stores do. I received a tracking info from fed ex and it was a fed ex home delivery not a 3 day. It says my order scheduled to be delivered this Saturday 12/19 and I was okay with it, now I just checked the tracking again and they moved the delivery day to Tuesday 12/22! I am so pissed and I probably won't be ordering from this store again!

On 12/10, I placed an order at NFLShop.com for a hoodie. I needed the item in 6 days, so I paid extra for 3-day shipping. It has now been 7 days since I placed the order. The hoodie has not arrived. What's worse, FedEx, after initially stating a delivery date of 12/15 on their tracking website (5 days for 3-day shipping?), now will not even state a delivery date.
My item has been pending for over a week.
The worst part of all is that after emailing NFL Shop several times, I was told Rachel (fan advocate) that my item had shipped and was due to arrive on December 16. That was a complete LIE. How do I know? I contacted FedEx and NFL Shop by phone, both of which told me that my item was never shipped. Please don't lie to me about my item being shipped. At least tell the truth to your customers. I can only hope that my item eventually arrives and I will NEVER order from the NFL shop again.

I originally chatted with a team member who was extremely helpful in re-sending me a return label because I purchased the wrong size. I mentioned to her I did purchase on cyber Monday would I still get the deal, she said as a 1 time courtesy that they will let that happen and gave me a number to call to place the order over the phone, I called the number I was waiting to talk to someone for 20 minutes finally get through I explain to her what was told to me she said no she doesn't believe she could give me the cyber Monday deal which was 20% off but she put on hold to check I was on the phone for about 40 minutes just to get disconnected! So I called back was told no that they can not honor what the lady had originally told me! So I will be returning the wrong size jersey, and buying a smaller size else where.

I ordered a jersey for my Grandson on December 8th, money was taken from my bank account December 10th. I was told I would receive an email to let me know my order was processing and would include tracking numbers. I have yet to receive one. I contacted customer support and was told there was no order. When asked how they got my bank info and why they took the money the reply was "Dear we didn't get your money we don't know what your talking about". Really?!?!?! Nothing but a scam! Will be contacting my bank and turning them in as a fraudulent site!

I purchased a jersey for my son for Christmas well in advanced on Dec 3. When I open the package there is no jersey, only a NBA t-shirt, which I didn't even order. The packing slip lists the jersey on it. I call customer service and they say they are going to send me the jersey expedited shipping. A couple hours later, I receive an email stating that it's out of stock and I will be refunded in 2 to 10 days. So I call them back because the exact same jersey is available on their site, only difference is that they say it's a special event item. I tell them I just want that jersey instead and I don't want the refund. They were unwilling to do this. Same exact jersey, same price. They made the error and didn't send me what I ordered, they should've fixed it. Will never shop with them again.
