I initially was disappointed by my experience, having chosen expedited shipping so I could ensure I would receive the items in time to give them as a gift. When the package arrived, I was surprised to find it was missing 2 of the 4 items that were ordered and paid extra to ship on time. I was upset because I had not been notified when the order was fulfilled that there would be any issues with my package or any items' stock and by the time they arrived it was too late for me to do anything but show up partially empty handed to visit my son who is away at school. When I notified NFLshop.com of the situation, their customer service exceeded my expectations. I was shipped the 2 missing items overnight and then refunded for both of them. There was extensive follow up and a real sense that they cared about my frustrations and wanted to make it right. This type of customer service is hard to find with some of these larger companies, and it really struck a chord with me. I appreciate the hard work by their caring customer support team and would recommend ordering from them to anyone, they truly do care to make it right if something goes wrong on the order. Thank you!
I order a gift for my granddaughter on 9/26 with the expectation it would ship in 5-7 business days. It has now 10 business days, my order still has not shipped and they can't tell me when it will ship, but they also said they cannot cancel the order either. I need the item before this weekend and it will not make it. I now have to go out and buy something else. I have called 3 times and written 3 emails. I have received the same canned response from all 6 inquires "the warehouse is working deligentyly to fill your order". They did offer me $10 off my next purchase, but they have to be insane if they think I will ever do business with them again. The 4 jerseys I will be buying for Christmas gifts will be bought elsewhere. Of course they FINALLY cancelled the order after multiple emails and phone calls.

Never buy anything from this website. I ordered a Panthers BCA shirt last Saturday. It said it would ship between 3-7 business days. It has been at least 5-6 business days and still hasn't shipped. I'm really pissed off. I can't even contact customer service because of the Hurricane that's going on and they've been closed the past 3 days because of the Hurricane. What makes me even more angry is that my brother orders his Patriots BCA shirt and hat from LIDS' website and he got it on Thursday. He place his order the same day I placed mine. So it isn't the Hurricane. It's NFL shop. Don't ever order anything from them because NFL shop couldn't give a damn about their customers. I just wish I didn't order from them because now I don't know if or when I'll receive my shirt.

I ordered two Jersey two weeks ago upon arrival one of the jerseys was to small. However, I immediately sent it back to receive a refund and its been two weeks and I have not received my full refund. I placed a call on Thursday September 29th and I was told that they would credit my account no later then Monday October 3rd. Nevertheless today is October 5th and I still have not received my credit I asked to speak to a supervisor and all I being told that my return has not been processed. The same way taken the money the same way it should be returned. I will never ever order anything else from them. Their customer service is the worst. I will be contacting Consumer and Regulatory affairs.

The worst Customer Service I have ever experienced in my life. Ordered MANY items on 9/17/2016... at that time the NFL Shop website stated that the items in the order would ship within 6 business days. Unfortunately, the items did not ship within 6 business days. In fact, they haven't shipped at all (So far 12 business days have passed). Since then, I have spoken with customer service on four separate occasions and have been given three different ship dates (confirmed on the phone as well as email)... As of today, the NFL Shop has no idea where the order is in regards to the order process and has advised me that the problem/discrepancy is due to "warehouse updates". Even more peculiar is that the very same items that I ordered are magically listed to "ship within 5 business days" on the NFL Shop website... Additionally, the supervisors that I spoke with could not give me a definitive ship date, and could offer no further appeasement. Their advice to me was to "wait for it".
For a multi-BILLION dollar company, this is a complete and utter disgrace. I have placed many orders from businesses originating in THIRD WORLD countries that have done a 1000x better job at fulfilling orders and shipments. This is 2016! If Amazon can ship an order in one day, hell even SAME DAY, why can't the NF-freaking-L do it in 6, let alone 12?!
Do yourself a favor and please stay away. You will thank me later for it.

I ordered a jersey just before the second week of the season with standard shipping. When trying to find out when the item would arrive an email told me I would receive another email when the item had shipped. It has been over a week and still had no follow up from the site on the status of my order.

They say 3 buss day to ship, I ordered on a Monday didn't print a shipping label until late Friday and then didn't receive a tracking update until Tuesday 8 days after it finally started moving. Never again!

Not only was the shipment details false on serval occasion, but the representatives were bad as well. Unfortunately, the only thing I have received are lies. This should not be an official NFL shop if they cannot do something as simple as tell the truth. I would rate this site a zero but the option was not available

I ordered a jersey from NFL shop using the "3DAY50
" promo (free 3-day shipping over 50$) and it shipped friday Sept 2nd. I should receive it Wednesday Sept 7th (Before Friday-my brother's birthday). Turns out I won't receive it till Monday the 12th. I contacted customer service and they basically told me "tough luck/go f yourself". I had a screenshot of the promotion details that guarantee arrival before the 9th of Sept of 65$ back, and they said I'm not eligible for it when I USED THE 3DAY50 PROMO. Wish I read the reviews first.
They also charged me 140.17$ instead of 135.12$...
Honestly the least I can ask for is a 30% refund given they "accidentally" over charged me and for how rude the person on the chat was.

I purchased a Demaryrius Thomas Game Jersey for my youngest son's birthday present. The package came and was contained in an unopened plastic bag. By all appearances it seemed fine however; a couple of months later, during my sons birthday party, he opened the plastic package and found the defect. In the middle of the number 88 was a permanent black mark, quite obvious. My son was heartbroken. The mark is permanent and so I called customer service. The clerk told me I was beyond the 60 return time frame and that the NFL SHOP would not replace the defective item nor credit me for sending me a defective item. Then of all things the clerk asked if I wanted to purchase another jersey for over one hundred dollars to replace the defective item her company had sent to me! Buyer BEWARE!

I made a purchase long ago and the products never arrived, at first I was'n very happy with the resolution because there's no way we, as overseas customers, are able to find or track the lost package but after I made an inquiry, in a couple of days the NFL gave me a refund and a coupon for future shopping.
In my experience, the NFL Customer Service played "First Class" style and I can't wait to made another purchase of gear from my favourite team.

I ordered a Jersey and December for a Mother's Day gift. They received it on Mother's Day it was too small need it to return it for a larger size. Sent in a request for return I was told it was after the 60 days it could not be done. But after speaking with Laquarius, Whitney and Sarah the NFL Representatives they were very helpful in assisting me throughout this situation. I'm so thankful and appreciative of this. It allowed me to get the perfect Mother's Day gift.

Ordered and received in a timely manner but the product was awful. They had stripped the former sticker/decal and put a new one on but you can still see the shadow where the old decal was glued. Also the color had faded along the fold lines where it had sat on the shelf too long and/or in the sun. My husband didn't want to return it as he was leaving for the summer and wanted to take it, says he'll use it as a work shirt. Grrrr. I will purchase my gear in person at a store from now on.

I had a problem which was not NFL shop fault, after calling everyone who cause the problem none of the carrier would take fault for their mistakes. I was given a jersey as a holiday gift, however it was a size too big. I returned the item and followed the instruction for a gift return in order to receive credit to purchase a jersey of the correct size. After mailing in the item I never heard anything for over a month at which point I emailed the customer service and was told they had refunded the purchasers card instead of contacting me about a gift card due to a system glitch. It now being march, I was not going to ask the purchaser for the funds to purchase a correct size jersey. I had a jersey, mailed it in to get a new size, and was now out a jersey. After emails back and forth the customer service center issued me the credit for the jersey. Although I was not happy that I was never contacted and the system refunded the wrong account, I am satisfied that the customer service center resolved the issue.

I purchased 3 jerseys and didn't receive them for 6 weeks and when I receieved my order 2 of the jerseys were the wrong ones and I emailed customer service and they just said keep them as a gift and will not give me what I ordered it is ridiculous and they are now avoiding me so my advice is to stay far away it is the worst way to say NFL they shouldn't even be able to use it in their name
