I don't care who's fault it is and I don't care how it got on this website but some how my name and email was used to create an account on this website using a false address! I know they had to be a morron who knows nothing about Pattison MS because they used a street address from Idaho and put "Pattison MS" behind it. That street doesn't exist there! Plus I never once opened that account so if you "verify" dog breeders before they can sell as your website says, how could you have let this person use my name and email to create this account? Sounds shady to me!
The entire concept that there is even a website called "nextdaypets" is unbelievable. A purchaser knows nothing about who the real breeder or conditions are behind the charming photos posted. Equally as bad is that these irresponsible breeders will sell to pretty much anybody. What kind of idiot breeder sells a Golden Retriever to a 20 year old in the military? Seriously? What kind of life did that money grabbing unethical breeder think that this dog would have? Luckily, my son (the 20 year old in the military) came to his senses and admitted that it was a bad call. I now have a pup who is getting the treatment he deserves. Not that I wanted it, but someone has to take care of this poor dog that never should have been created and sold. What a disgusting website.
We bought a dog thru NextDayPets, but ended up not getting the dog and the breeder gave us a BS excuse that our pet was dying a few days we were supposed to get her. The representative did her best for us to try and get us the dog. But being the middleman, you are only sending the messages to the buyer. We had asked for a Vet checkup proof, and the breeder thought it was odd asking that. So that's when we thought things might be shady. A few days before, we were supposed to get the puppy, we got a call that our dog isn't doing very well. Anyways, do not get a pet here if the breeder seems off and they can't give you simple information like a doctor's report. It's like they have something to hide.
If you get a breeder form Missouri, DON'T do it. If the breeder refuses to communicate with you, then that's a big sign. Here's the breeder who's crappy, we spoke to a ‘Lorna', if that's even her name.
Wrong dog sent to me was suppose to come with papers but there was none. I tried getting them and I get the run around. The dog had to have surgery within 5 days of getting him. They don't hold to they're guarantee. Don't use them
I love the puppy that I got, however, I made the choice to spend over 4,000 on an AKC Scottish Terrier. What I got was not AKC. I did not get any papers. I didn't get any follow-up information on how to get the papers or anything. So I spent $4,000 on a dog that can't be registered as anything other than a canine partner. I tried contacting the company and they have fallen silent on the message center that they set up.
Additionally, I was required to upload his post flight wellness check, which I did less than 24 hours after he was delivered. I uploaded the photos and received no reply even days after. This was required for the 3-year health guarantee. So apparently I got screwed out of that too.
Back to it Rebecca Thompson sales all her puppies through this site and she is a scam. She changes paperwork after you buy a dog. And tells you stuff about the dog to sale it and this company backs her up to sale dogs. Rebecca Thompson answered and said she would fix her scam and never has and wont responsed to any contacts...
A few days ago I saw four male Wire Fox Terrier puppies for sale in Ava, Missouri. Asked for additional photos of the puppies and a video, also asked if we could FaceTime to see the puppies and meet the breeder. She couldn't because she only had a flip phone, and a million excuses as to why she couldn't provide additional information on the puppies. Eight emails later we find out she doesn't ship her dogs because it's too expensive, and we never received one picture of the puppies she is advertising. What a SCAM!
Hello Faith. The breeder you are referring to has been with us since 2006. She has had 0 complaints until yours. Some breeders cannot provide the things you are wanting and choose to only sell locally. She is not a scam nor a bad breeder. She is just not equipped to send you the things you are wanting as well as shipping out of state. Most breeders can accommodate you it's simply a matter of contacting a few different breeders. We stand behind our breeders.
Created acct, was charged and nickel and dimed to be able to list my puppies. And to be verified. Now can't log in, poor customer service, can't find my adds, believe this is a scam site to get seller and buyers money by verifying and never actually allowing to buyer and seller to communicate unless charging them even more. Ridiculous
I have dealt with this site twice the first time I picked the puppy out on the site by picture and got ahold of someone and set up the appointment. So we drove about 1 and 1/2 hours to get her and she was a completely different dog. So then i saw another one on the site and set up an appointment to go look at this puppy. So after purchasing her and getting to know her and look at her daily I don't beleive she has any of the breeds that they say she is. I think people are really taking advantage of people today in the puppy business just to make a buck. It's really sad that is so out of control. So lesson learned. I will keep her as I have gotten attached and spoil her rotten but I am a little disappointed. I will not use this site ever again nor refer anyone to it M. M
Hello Peggy! When you purchase a puppy that is not a Signature puppy, you are buying at your own risk. We are not involved in those transactions. When you purchase a Signature puppy, we work with the breeder and buyer throughout the whole transaction. What you experienced will never happen with a Signature puppy. If it ever does, we will make it right for you. I apologize this has happened to you. Have you addressed this with the breeder you purchased from?
I was on both sides of the fence. I am a breeder and let me tell you it isn't worth it. Buyers can really scam you by requesting a refund after they've received the healthy puppy. I thought, since buyers are protected I would jump and get a puppy I fell in love with. The breeder didn't have a website nor sold anywhere else. Surprise surprise, I was scammed because the dog wasn't real. There were no repercussion nor solutions offered. I strongly recommend you Google the breeder selling you the dog and ensure they are real. Read the reviews form other buyers and possibly check if they are also on other ads.
We are extremely thankful for next day pets.com! We had been searching for a puppy for quite sometime, and we were running into a lot of scam sites. The moment I called I spoke to a Tania M and she definitely reassured me that everything was going to be safe, documented and she always kept in contact with me! I have always said communication is key! I rate them 110%! We received Lemon Drop and she was excited and clean! Thank you for making our family unite during this pandemic year.
We signed up with nextdaypets a couple months ago. First off they topple about $2000 onto each transaction. Second they are terrible with communication and state they are not available on the weekends. When most people purchase dogs on the weekend so someone should be available. They do not let the breeder speak with prospective clients either so you have to rely on their "sales reps "who know nothing about your dogs or the breeds. They require that you use their transportation company. When we had a dog leave Florida to go to Rhode Island it took an entire week for the dog to get there. By the time the dog got there he was severely malnourished and dehydrated. The buyers did not want him because they truly thought it was a different dog. Please purchase your dogs directly from reputable breeders and not through this bogus website. If you have any questions please call me at *******822. Attached is a photo of the puppy the day he left and the day he got to the buyers house.
Lastly, the company did not like me exposing the truth of the matter. Attached is a screenshot of their message to me right after I posted this review.
Unfortunately bad business cannot always be covered up. They must think threats will deter people from expressing their negative and truthful experiences.
I read the other reviews and can only say that I have had an amazing experience! Everything was professional, coordinated but most of all, I got a beautiful puppy from a loving family. I highly recommend contacting Next Day Pets with your questions because I had a wonderful experience with them
No matter the number of adorable photos, Next day pets operates as conduit for mills and puppy brokers. Most reputable breeders do not sell through these sites and thoroughly interview buyers to ensure their pups go to good homes. How do I know? Because a puppy broker recently found, by the North Carolina Department of Agriculture, to house 286 puppies in cramped cages, resulting in cross-contamination of both viral and gastrointestinal illness, continues to list puppies on this site. Beware, and do your research. Failure to do so could end in hundreds or thousands of dollars in vet bills, or death.
I used NextDayPets as a breeder several years ago, but had stopped breeding for some period of time due to the death of my husband. I have now begun breeding again (different breed) and thought I would use them again. I started filling out a new account as, like I said, I have changed breeds. As I am completing the necessary info and adding a puppy listing, I realize that they are charging OVER ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS in addition to my puppy cost! When contacting support, they mentioned that I should sign up with their "Assurance" program rather than their "Signature" program, but what they don't tell you is that they still charge fees, it just puts the fees on the buyer's side and puts your listings WAY down within their listings making the breeder look like they are too cheap to pay for the good service. I cancelled before I ever got a listing up. They obviously only care about making WAY too much money off of my hard work as a breeder. RUN VERY FAST from this site.
Last year, after a long conversation with Next Day Poodles rep, Jasmine Henderson, I sent $500 via Zelle, as a down payment for the puppy I chose. Then came a flurry of shipping charges and other fees after I'd been told there were none.
I'm a 68- yr old on Social Security, I could hardly afford the $500 but I honestly wanted the puppy for companionship. Jasmine Henderson refused to take my follow-up calls and, ultimately, I was out $500 for trusting Next Day Poodles. Don't make the mistake I did by trusting them … they have only bad intent to get your money
SHAME ON YOU, you awful crooks.
Just found that NextDayPets.com has been charging me $5 every two weeks - for what!? I understand that to stop them, the solution is to cancel your credit/debit card. Five dollars on the face of it is, for some, minimal but for people who don't check their statements, multiply that for several months... Can't believe I was taken.
This site is a complete fraud. Did the initial sign up for $5 and at some point they stated I upgraded and started charging $5 every two weeks. The site is useless, sure you can search for dogs but you cannot get any seller information unless you upgrade. I was not willing to and stopped going to the site, then I saw the charges. Quite the scam they have, small funds every two weeks that avoid immediate detection. Avoid this site like the plague. Oh we did get one email but it was not for a puppy but an abused puppy mill dog that has spent the first half of its poor life pregnant.
I listed some puppies with next day pets paid for 2 months and at the end of the 2 months was charged 19.95 a month after catching it I cancelled the subscription. The thing is I never even had a inquiry other than scanners about a puppy. I have to take some responsibility but I was reviewing my statements apparently the account was reactivated and I got ripped off for over $100. No the money was stolen in my mind and I have no trust with this company to do the right thing.
It states within all accounts on the Upgrade page:
MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION
SAVE $20.00 over 2 months! $39.90 will be charged once to your credit card for the first two months of service. After this time, you will be charged $19.95 per month until you cancel.
$19.95
If you were just billed the $19.95, please contact support@nextdaypets.com for a refund.
I paid all this money to get set up, verified, the whole nine yards. Never got one contact from any customers, but I wasnt worried about it at first. A year goes by, I go to put up a new litter, Im irretrievably locked out of my account. They will not respond to countless emails from me, I call during normal business hours, no one is there to take my calls. The only way to get into my account is to pay all this money again to get verified again. Be highly suspicious of any company that wont let you login without paying each and every time you log in. Be even more suspicious of any company that does not take calls or emails during normal business hours.
