Michale Barnett from Perfect Puppies in Joplin, Missouri has been advertising puppies for sale as being AKC registered. They're far from perfect. On his FB page, people are complaining that the breeder never sends registration papers and refuses to answer calls, texts, and emails. I was supposed to get a fully registered GSD puppy and got a mixed breed, it turns out. I paid over $1000 for that dog. No paperwork, and wasn't even purebred. One woman says the same breeder sent her a puppy chock full of health issues. Do not buy from this puppy mill! It's a huge scam! And the moral of the tale is don't buy dogs online.
I paid $25 for the background check then 2050 for the puppy then was asked to pay 2.5k for shipping which I was shocked. I was previously told no other fees. Could not afford that. As for what else you paid, we cannot help get those funds back but we can contact the advertiser on your behalf to get their reasoning why. We will need the Puppy ID #. This puppy has been sold, and there is no way to pull up an account without the actual link to the listing or the Puppy ID #. You just provided an image. That does not help.
Dealing with Next Day Pets was way easier than purchasing a puppy in person. I picked a beautiful Siberian Husky and he was delivered safely from Missouri to NY... literally days later. C&J's Happy Tails and Puppy Travelers out of Neosho were wonderful and kept me well informed every step of the way. The result was a beautiful blue eyed surprise bday gift for my husband. I'm a breeder, next day pet website is fishy! They charge almost double what I sell the puppies for, I ship for 250 they charge 649. They are straight up ripping customers off, poor customer service and are only out to fill their pockets, STAY AWAY!
Next Day Pets has been in business since 2003. We have served hundreds of millions of puppy buyers in their search for their next four-legged companion. We are NOT in business to rip anyone off. We are in the business to provide a safe and secure marketplace for people to unite with their furever companions. We certainly do not mark up the price of puppies as claimed. We would NEVER advocate for a breeder to use a shipper to ship a puppy across the United States for a measly $250. This means Kevin Taylor with A & K Kennels from Missouri is NOT using a reputable transporter and putting the health of his puppies at risk.
Next Day Pets is a traditional advertising site for breeders to come and list their puppies and buyers to come and adopt a puppy. Due to the ever-changing scams conducted online, we cannot enforce that those advertising on our site are legitimate without 100% being involved in the transactions. We started our Signature program in early 2020 as a means to ensure legitimacy to EVERY adoption while making the health of the puppies our top priority. With this program, we are involved in the sale as an intermediary party to assist the buyer and the breeders with the adoption while ensuring without a doubt both parties meet their obligations.
We are running a business, we approved Kevin’s account for the Signature program that he signed up for, but he did not want to follow the guidelines that are required for this program, and he chose to leave the program. It is unfair for Kevin Taylor with A&K Kennels from Missouri to receive a free service and then turn around and bash us for providing a safe marketplace. We did not reach out to him to use our service, he came to us and applied for our program. He complained about our policies and standards the entire time from the start to the finish. We cannot advocate or endorse this type of breeder for whom no longer meets our standards.
Started off with $700 + 50 for shipping, strung along with letters and pics of Primrose a year old Pomeranian after they hook you they tell you your dogs needs insurance That will cost $1400. I told them I couldn't afford that that I'm disabled and only have limited funds available and please return my money and all of a sudden they stopped calling me and denied my request for a refund through Zelle the way I paid them through! Don't ever do it no matter how good they sound. Its a scam!
Haven't received any response about Zelle refund. Tried to contact Lamante Brown. Never received Zelle refund! Now what NextDayPets! Take Accountability for setting me up with this Scam! Notice the messages all say NextDayPets on them. Quit trying to get out of your site not setting me up with this scam! Enough! Are you going to refund my money or are you part of the scam! You choose! But it's one or the other! You let Mr Brown use your site, you should fix the problem! Until NextDayPets fixes this problem I'd say they are shady at best! Don't Deal with them! Save yourself heartbreak and money!
Hello Steve! You did not deal with Next Day Pets for your transaction, you dealt with a breeder directly on our site. What is the puppy id # to the listing you paid for? You can do a chargeback through Zelle as well. Have you tried contacting them?
You still have not sent us the Puppy ID # to the listing that we asked for months ago. You did not purchase a Signature puppy. We vouch for those breeders. We do apologize that you are going through this. This is why Signature breeders exist now. Our marketplace will be gone soon where this will not happen. You should thoroughly do your research when purchasing any puppy online. Ask questions. You could have always contacted us directly prior to making payment. You can do a credit card dispute through your credit card company.

8-14-2020 we tried to buy a poodle puppy from the crooks at next day poodle puppies. We were lead on by a woman aka salvia williams. She gave us a song and dance about what a great honest company they had. They would only take money thru a wire transfer on ZELLA. We sent the money, and they said the dog would be sent the next day. The next day we received a email from a fake shipping company, saying they need an extra $1400 for a special shipping crate for the dog. We emailed them back saying we could not afford that and we needed more info. We tried to email both companies and never got another response from either of them. Our money was gone and no dog. I started investigating the companies and found that there really was a Global Shipping Company, and that they new of the fake company, and that this company had caused them many headaches in the past. The names Sylvia Williams, James Williams and Anthony Che were all bogus, along with the addresses. I filed a report with the FBI for internet fraud, The better business bureau, and several other agencies, We also have a lawyer working on the case.
We are Next Day Pets, not Next Day Poodles. If you found this puppy on our site, you have never contacted us directly. Please advise.
They had u standing up in line for hours over some $#*!ing puppies they didn't have, the lady called us@ 7:45 by then we was already back in PA, I told her she can we wasn't interested no more & that's not the breed we was looking for

The moment I called I spoke to a Tania M and she definitely reassured me that everything was going to be safe, documented and she always kept in contact with me! I have always said communication is key! I rate them 110%! We received Lemon Drop and she was excited and clean! Thank you for making our family unite during this pandemic year.
I found my tiny chihuahua on next day puppies. I had a great experience with the breeder calling me and making a greet and meet appointment. I met the puppy and family, paid and brought him home. All in the same day! I would use them again in the future. Love my new fur baby!

When you see low pricing and free shipping it is a set up. They respond by text very quickly but when you call and ask them lots of questions they start to fall apart. When we asked to see the papers on the puppies parents and other documents They refused and made up some poor excuses.

I read the other reviews and can only say that I have had an amazing experience! Everything was professional, coordinated but most of all, I got a beautiful puppy from a loving family. I highly recommend contacting Next Day Pets with your questions because I had a wonderful experience with them
I recently bought a German Shepherd from their signature puppy program. They worked very closely with me and my breeder to make sure I wasn't scammed and got the new love of my life. I had to pay through PetPay which makes sure the buyer and breeder do not get scammed.

10 days ago I inquired about a puppy, was asked for an application fee, but did not do at first, in return I asked questions about the sweet puppy, when I can drive and get her, pics and videos and common questions. They sent me same photo and when I asked for others I was told she was still available and I would need to do application and pay fee. Well I did pay the $25.00 and tried to keep inquiring and they asked for a $105.00 deposit fee and without any info I declined until I could speak with someone, they only wanted to text. Well that was 10 days ago and I was just charged a fee for her and of course you cannot get a hold of someone. Please do not fall for this, this place is a SCAM and are disgusting. I had this place checked out by someone in law enforcement... Please check out the BBB before entertaining these frauds, unfortunately I should have done that first... PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

I saw puppies posted so contacted the number given to have someone give me another # call that then that one says call back after 5 so call back at 5 says no all puppies r sold yet still listed my friend calls says call back Thurs 2 days laterlook there's new puppies listed so call # says call back at 6 it's a land line w VM full, call next day told won't b ready for 2 wks I said well I've been trying to get to look buy one of these puppies for over 2 wks now have w do I get a real puppy get told call my wife after 6 call get told oh no those puppies r sold Next day I get an email saying these puppies r still up for sale in breed I'm looking for Pink Kate Benny last WK it Annie (still listed) last week it was Fridia, Pinky & Annie I was trying to buy.

So I wonder who gets the application fee the "So Called Breeder"? Maybe y they keep putting them up & changing out pups? You have to understand, we are in the middle of a pandemic currently. People are buying puppies left and right because everyone feels like it is the right time to do this. Advertisers are beyond busy. They barely have time to keep up with their accounts. Next Day Pets has been in business since 2003. We are not in business to defraud any of our customers. When making a complaint, please state who you are referring to so we can at least put you in contact with the advertiser.
I am dying from lung disease and breeder knew I was dying and I wanted the puppy for my son. Searched for a puppy through Nextdaypet.com and seller reached out to me. Sold me a puppy and stated delivery was free. However, after I paid for the puppy, I was told the puppy failed the criteria of the airlines and needed to purchase a air conditioned crate. They stated I would get a full refund. I payed it (960.00) Well, about 4 hours later, I received another email requiring me to purchase the required insurance or I would get the puppy. I did not pay and recognized it was a scam.
We now have 3 unrelated Sheepadoodles from MM Doodles out of Abilene. All 3 transactions were smooth & the two that were shipped came smooth sailing. Not the easiest to reach by phone but always responded promptly.

Registered on Next Day Pets to make contact with a breeder. After no reply from the breeder, I messaged next day pets, and was ignored once again. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF YOUR MONEY, STAY AWAY!

Whether your puppy was sick or healthy, you still are obligated to see your veterinarian within 72 hrs for a head to tail check. That vet fee is your responsibility that you agree to at purchase. Our health guarantee states that we cover the 1st round of medications should your puppy have anything wrong. You elected to have a bunch of tests run on your puppy that all came back negative and are asking us to pay for something that you decided you wanted to run without consulting with us prior. We did nothing wrong on our part. You were refunded per our health guarantee.
