I was able to order 250 magnets with a very short turnaround time. I was able to make edits, get assistance, and still receive the items the date I was promised.
Order postcard with a direct mail service. My postcard looked so bad the ink was missing and smeared all over the front. How this bad of quality was actually mailed out is unacceptable when was told a so many point check before going out when they were clearly damaged. So disappointed because this is mailed out as a representation of my business

Been using NDF since 2000: they have always been this good… There are now hundreds of new companies offering flyers, some less expensive- I prefer to use them because I know they'll deliver!
Items ordered easy, completed on time and with excellent results
I am very pleased with my retractable banner. The carrying case had a tear at one end to which I informed Customer Service. A replacement case was immediately shipped via Fedex to me. Unfortunately, the outer zipper broke the first time using it. Didn't bother Customer Service again. Good company, good customer service and good primary product. They need to get better quality carrying cases.

They accurately and beautifully execute my photo-quality, glossy, bifold brochures at high volume. Highly recommended! The per piece price drops significantly at higher volumes so I suggest to buy a lot.
