I ordered banners and was told from the website that my products would be delivered in 5 days. It took over 3 weeks and it was nearly impossible to get in touch with customer service for any updates

They sent an email to me asking for feedback, calling me "Teresa". Even the feedback page loaded up with "Teresa Anderson".

That's not my name.

On time delivery, great job on the printing but only 450 out of the 500 envelopes had the self seal tape.
