I bought two cameras directly from their website. I wanted to return one of them, unused and within their return time frame. I initially contacted them via e-mail for the return request, but there's no response. I call them and I was told by an automated message that I was 1st in line. I waited and waited; half an hour went by with me still in line. I hung up and called again another time; same thing happened. I sent another email, someone from tech responded and said he'll pass my request to the sales team. To date, no one contacted me.

Base on my experience, I highly recommend not buying directly from this company. You should buy their cameras on Amazon. It's a lot easier to return if you buy from Amazon!
