Nexopia is FREE and you will find thousands of young adults on there. It's 10x better than Zoosk. I don't use it anymore, but I accidently went into a profile under 'member search" over 4 years ago and came across the boy that is now my soon to be husband.
This is a horrible website. DO NOT SIGN UP! They have no regard for personal privacy and have been criticized for failing to comply with Canadian federal privacy laws. Anything you post, including your pictures, your personal information, your blog posts, etc. will be on that site PERMANENTLY.
This is especially harmful for young people, who sign up not understanding this. Later in life when they're apply for jobs, employers could google search their name and have their teenage profiles on display forever. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. There are better social networking sites!
