First they increased the price of the item. Then it was taking forever to receive the item even though I had to pay extra for the shipping, so I called to find out why. They shipped my item to the wrong address and then tried to blame me! Awful... And I'm still dealing with the headache. Stay away from this website unless you want to deal with people who barely speak English and are very rude!

I was very surprised that the tube and box was not in the typical colors of burgundy, but came in sliver and white. Have been using this product for years and was very skeptical. But tried it anyway.
The consistency was not the same and was bit runny, not thick. I measured out 2.6 oz of creme developer.
Has the creme formula changed? The product took 6 business days and I would hardly call that FAST service.

I placed an order for a box of Inoa color tubes. Two of the were damaged. Newtrendbeauty sent replacement tubes the day I reported the damage.
