Didn't realise postage and package was so expensive in the UK nor took so long, lesson learned for next time. Obviously the expense of the packaging and the long lead time was because the shoes came from the USA. Worth the wait and even with the packaging costs appear to be excellent value for money, and they look good too. Just be careful when viewing re were the goods are coming from as you will not see the true cost till you actually start to place an order, but you will see the full cost before you actually confirm the order.

Terrible company.

I ordered some trousers which arrived and were faulty. Everytime you speak with their customer services team you get someone new, meaning you have to go back and forth an infuriating amount of times to get any answers.

After first asking for a photo of the damaged item, they then asked me to return it. They only refunded me after I persistently chased them. Now they're refusing to refund the return postage cost even though the item was faulty. It even states on their own website that they cover the return postage cost of faulty items. Refusing to do this is also against the law.

I seriously advise you to stay away from this company.

The product I received was not the same quality as advertised. Also, a linen dress I bought previously tore in so many places when i put it on the first time, I have never worn it and paid so much money for it. Also, a dress that showed as a white dress as advertised, came as a extreme off-white colour, and remain as such even after several washes.

Great variety and easy to navigate. The only thing I didn't like (which might have changed by now) is the fact that after checking a product, you can't go back exactly where you were and you need to start browsing from the top of the page again.

Hat was too small despite being the largest size available and i have an average size head.

Quite userfriendly the whole process, excellent products, shame people from Argentina have to pay twice as much as the garment's price to get each piece of clothing, which I personally love!

The ordering process is easy but delivery was very late. It took 6 weeks. I ordered early November with hope of receiving by Christmas. Didn't arrive until after Christmas.

I am very happy with the items purchased. The look, fit, appeal, meet my full expectations. Just one complaint regarding one brown pair of shoes. Not about quality, fit, or looks, but your company was somewhat deceptive because the advertising failed to show the large letters printed on this one pair. I still like them but am disappointed only the I was not made aware of this prior to purchase. They fit and look good, except for the one thing as mentioned
