When two customers servers rejected our emails we contacted Network Solutions support.
The first support guy was unfamiliar with our specific problem and instead of addressing it, tried to sell us other services, which appeared to us to be irrelevant. The line dropped when he tried to transfer us to someone with more expertise. We called again and Dex responded thoroughly and knowledgeably. He stayed with us, including calling us back, until he had resolved the issues, and explained the further steps we needed to take. Good job Dex!
Lea did a great job helping me. I had multiple steps involving two accounts, relogging in, changing my password which I had to do twice because I messed up the first time. She was so patient, and knew just what to do to get back on track. She helped me with a second issue as well. Lea is a great asset to your team. It made me want to stay with Network solutions to get that quality of help.

I was promised this has been completed this afternoon, and that my business credit card would be credited back for those funds Network Solutions pulled from my account in advance!

Rey was very helpful in directing me to re-connect with my third domain. I had renewed two others and then had trouble finding my third which was under a different log-in. Rey guided me to change password and then open the account and make sure the account showed my recent two year renewal.

Lucy is marvelous. She resolved my problem. She was extremely helpful in explaining my options and offering solutions that were fair, respectful, and attractive to me as a long time customer (w/ Dotster and now Network Solutions). I was prepared to switch to a different company, but her solutions were fair and convinced me to stay w/ Network solutions for three more years (and to purchase the new essential web builder package). Please compensate her well as an employee and promote her whenever you can!

Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
