1- Within hours of signing up with web.com, I began getting marketing calls from 3rd party companies for setting up my website. 2- If you don't cancel by the 3rd day, they won't refund a penny no matter even if you paid for a year in advance. 3- Their website editor is the old weebly editor from 15 years ago. It still has the same bugs!

I can't believe how long it has taken for the simple issue of an in house domain transfer. I continue to have to call Customer Service on this whole experience that I keep hearing is "approved" yet still does not show up in my account. I am extremely frustrated and cannot recommend this site/company if these issues continue without resolve. Ugh. Sooo frustrated!
Your customer service was/is terrible and your email hosting absolutely sucks. I wish I knew before hand. Moreover your web page and logo makers are not all that good. You have billed me wrong and threaten to cancel my account only to find out you billed me erroneously

We have registered domains and used hosting from Network Solutions for decades. But the last couple years (since merging with web.com it seems) they have been awful. Problems take weeks to fix, you can't speak to anyone, just text chat from their website, no level two support or access to admins/supervisors. Our most recent experience is in trying to get a contact email changed. This was a simple request that they said would take 24 hours. I have now checked every day, going on two weeks, and still nothing. Literally cannot open our business until this is fixed. Customer services reps (who are always lovely, bet they hate their jobs!) always say they have escalated the case, prioritized the case, ad nauseum, but we never hear anything from anyone. Once we get this fixed, we plan to move all our domains away from Network Solutions. Just can't continue working with the shoddy level of service and dishonesty.
I have been on Web.com's old platform for 10+ years. I was migrating from their old platform to their new platform, which ended up being a nightmare. I purchased the new hosting and email package. My website continued to unsecure for 27 days. They changed their "tech support" to a customer services call center oversees. No one was able to resolve the issue, after hour and may calls. I finally transferred my domain & hosting, which took no time.
Needs better way to edit and build website on mobile phone.

I find the selection of templates limited. I don't see one I like. I also dislike having to use a template at all.
The website building interface is a bit clunky and limits where I can put stuff. The color picker is glitchy and crashed several times. It's not too bad, but I wish it worked smoothly.

Absolutely horrible. Never notified that my credit card transactions were declined.
Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
