Everything is coming out good on the website but they builders never write about the changes and update and I always have to call them and push them to do the items needed to complete my website.
I have the constant issue when trying to log back to WEB.COM that says my credentials are invalid but once I open a new window and log back again with the same exact credentials it goes through no problem.
I need help with setting up my professional email and when I chatted for help yesterday, it was the slowest service I've ever received. The guy took forever to reply to me, kept responding to me using scripts (so rude and unprofessional), he clearly did not care about my issue and the fact I need help. This is the worse website for help.

They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
