Horrible customer service and sales rep lied to me about products on a package that did not exist.

My domain that I own and pay for is not connected to my account. The web.com representative said that the account was canceled which could not be correct since the site is up and I pay for the service but can't access the website. I spent 45 minutes on the phone and requested a supervisor. I was told one would call but I did not get a call.
Customer Service Chat could not assist me and made me call in. I called in and still could not get my questions answered. Very frustrating in fact that i can not get answers on a website that I am paying for. I may have to look at going elsewhere.
My email worked at first then quit I've tried all support topics its still doesnt work. Also managing payments and subscriptions does not work correctly.
Customer service not helping much and can't add product therefore can't sale. I don't have a online store
Difficult to find good stock images and importing images is not easy either but it is very doable just takes a little more time.
Lots of things to complete, not sure if it is all coming together, so many pieces to the puzzle.
But good navigation through the maze, slowly getting up to speed.

Not intuitive for an extreme novice. Still having trouble with pictures zooming in to close after I put them on the site. Your customer service has been incredible in helping me get set up. If not for your customer service then my rating would have been 2 stars...but I'm learning the system now. It's not perfect, but it works pretty well.

I have had multiple issues relating to the ecommerce builder that have cost me time and caused quite a bit of frustration. The support people have been very nice, but are obviously dealing with programming issues that need to be resolved.

I purchased the hosting package and due to some glitch still cannot get in to even begin the website. It has a support ticket. I am just trying whenever I can to get in. If I can't get in by tomorrow I may have to cancel all together
Just filled out the business profile for Simple SEO but nothing took. No option to save - data is not here. Waste.
