Dont advertise it will cost 10 - 14.99 per month then charge 40. Not okay to lie. And the domain/server kinda sucks especially for 39.99 per month. Wont send appointment verification to my customers. When i right the domain name i needed a big green tik appeared on a frame.
I thought that was what i wanted so i make the purchase.
It came out that some info with gray blurred laters was over that big green frame and i didnt notice. My thought was that this was my correct purchase. My mistake? YES! But in the end i make falls choice.

Awful experience! This company is to damn cheap to answer the telephones and expects everyone to chat. Screw them, the moment I have time I'm blowing this site. There are times in life you need a telephone conversation, is this company that out of touch that they don't realize that? Actually, they totally realize that, they just don't give a damn.
I can't find how to do a domain forwarding- can't find the dns server; can't find contact help; search doesn't pull up what I'm looking for; my user name got changed without my knowledge. Who picked the numbers and why wasn't I alerted before I got 5 new random numbers to remember.

They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
