Having to log in again every half hour drives me insane. And it's even worse now with requiring a code every time. And I'm constantly having problems with the website builder. It also lacks a lot of functionality.

You really need to take a look at how payment methods are handled. I am not sure why all my domains have different expired methods, I never had issues like this in the past.
mydomain.com used to give amazing support. Web.com just pushes a paid service for helping. Beyond upset and will likely move our 87 domains to another platform.

The transition from Dotster has been a mess. Billing issues, stupid website layout, support people that don't seem to know what's going on. I'm probably leaving to another registrar.
The new website update is terrible! Your website used to be user friendly, now it's no longer useful and is almost impossible to use. You can't find anything anymore on the website, and customer service chat is NOT and no longer helpful. If these issues aren't resolved, I plan to no longer use domain.com because it's a HUGE waste of time trying to use your website. Now your website is nothing more than a sales pitch.
Site is clunky and hard to manage. Support is hard to understand. Constantly have SSL renewall issues.
Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
