Difficult

Maybe I'm just not computer smart enough but I can't figure out how to add products to my store. They have limited fonts and I'm stuck with my headings blending into the background. They give lots of instructions but I am rethinking this site. Hopefully will get better.

1. The website is always slow
2. The buying process becomes extremely annoying: my account gets suspended each time I order a new domain for about 2,5 years. This is crazy! I have been a customer for 10+ years! This forced me to use other domain registrars recently besides domain.com.
3. I miss the 2FA options to protect my account.

My domain riyazshihabdeen. Dev was suspended without any notification whatsoever. I'm really disappointed. Apart from it, Your domain.com website has some serious problems in loading and It never worked on my Chrome. I always have to use Firefox to visit the domain.com site.

I usually update my own website they built for me. I logged in and when I clicked on websites so I can write an urgent update about a fundraiser that occurred today I got an error message. I called yesterday and was told the department only works on weekends. Called today and told the same. Contacted them on social media and they told me the same thing. Absolutely horrible service! It is an error on their side but they did nothing about it and now my fundraiser is over.

You charged my credit card for domains set to renew manually when you've previously told me that this was the way to have them automatically deleted when they expired. And you continue to attempt to charge my credit card after I've contacted support about it; and have not even deemed it necessary to respond beyond some auto-responder message.
