Good. The only thing I don't like is that all domain are pre-set for auto renewal and end up paying for domains that we don't want to renew.

I have had nothing but trouble with your website. First I was locked out of the site because your stupid security banned me. I was then told by two of your people to try to register my domain name at one of your competitors. Then, got someone there that knew something to get my domain registered. Today, tried to register another website and the shopping cart showed the same red circle chasing itself for almost an hour before I gave up and did what two of your people told me, REGISTER with YOUR COMPETITION. NOW, I am trying to transfer the domain I COULD buy from you to one of your competitors and can not get the website domain opted out of domain lock, which it shows I already have done.

Excellent rices when the discount codes and their site actually work….
Putting many websites in your shopping cart will lock up the site and you will not be able to check out…. This iphas happened more than once….
When the website failed and won't work with an active discount code, I bought without the code to get the purchase to work…. No one answers the emails…
Dealing with the foreign servic representatives to try and get a refund for the discount code is difficult, I've had to do it before,…

Payment for the domain was deducted 15 days before the actual expiration date. That is cheating me out of money and time. I hope this will not be an ongoing problem. I received an email for my email renewal also far in advance. I consider this bad business practices.
