My first call in about my problem, was answered by a young lady that had a hard time understanding what my problem was. Where she was located was also VERY noisy and we were cut off. I recalled and got a wonderful lady by the name of Lovely. She was very clear over the phone and NO background chatter. I explained my problem and she got right to the heart of it. She was VERY patient with me working on various ideas to get my password problem fixed. She NEVER got frustrated with me and we got the problem solved.
If you give out gold stars to your people that do good work, Lovely should get 5 gold stars for her excellent work. She was a pleasure to talk to and again she really knew her "stuff", something not seen very often these days. Thanks again Lovely, you are the best.

While checking up on my Web.com site, built with their online tools, I noticed a spam header had been injected into the code. I could not remove it. I called Web.com support, gave them my identification, told them the issue, and the issue was resolved within 20 minutes, while I was still on the line. Have your account number and your phone with you--they may text you as an added level of security.

Jay (Justin) employed his in-depth expertise in web design and editing, as well as his patient and cheerful customer service manner, to brighten up our company website. Answering my questions, he provided better ideas than what I had intended. He guided me through handling website photos and how I might edit them to achieve a standard look. He described how the coloring would work, and what the best practice was for color selection. He pointed out how the features and blocks work, and how to successfully edit and delete those. I'm having a lot of problems logging in sometimes. I've had to change my password twice in the last few hours. I have the login details saved in Chrome, but for some reason your system kept saying its wrong. This is the 3rd time I changed my password, and I have it both saved on Chrome and written on a separate document. Hopefully I don't get too much login problems in the future.

Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
Answer: I had to ring my credit card company and get them to stop the payment
Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
