I have continuesling tried to use live chat for help, goes to some scam AD site, email doesn't work and I am not able to call. It should NOT be this difficult to put my etsy in and when someone types my domain, allcraftsplus.com should go to my etsy. Nothing is working, it is NOT on the etsy end, it has to be done here. New at website building but the Web builder isn't as user friendly as I'd hoped. Pictures and page formats are essentially stuck in only a few preset options. You can't e.g. move/click and drag pictures around, nor adjust pic sizes with cursor/arrow. Seems also you cannot easily change separate page colors without changing the entire website design with all pages. Separate font colors as well cannot be changed for each page without changing the entire website color scheme. Page, theme colors are preset to a few options or it is difficult to edit separate page colors, fonts, etc. I'm sure there are other issues which I'll discover.

Trying to purchase a domain, the bank flagged it as a suspicious charge of $0.00. So I texted the bank back and they lifted the block, but when I tried to purchase it again, Domain.com flagged it as a suspicious transaction and suspended my account. So I gave the process 2 stars because purchasing a domain from Domain.com was decidedly inconvenient.

For one, the website only works in Mozilla Firefox. I can't even log in using brave or chrome.
The online help appears completely disabled. Clicking the chat tab for the online help goes nowhere.

I am so happy to take the extra two minutes to make a review for Sara S, the representative who actually knew how to fix the issue I needed help with, as well as someone else a couple months back; out of the two years with Web.com. Most of the time people jump me from caller to caller because they can not help with my issue. I am so disappointed that I will not be able to contact her directly through the platform, since I know she is one of the best. Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.

Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
