He walked me through his troubleshooting steps and when he needed to test something he told me each time that there would be silence, but he was still on the line. After the death of our primary contact person, I tried to get in touch with Network Solutions to update the email on the (nonprofit business) account. The experience has taken more than 10 calls and emails over what is now a three month period (because everything is "wait 24-48 hours for a response"). I was told to fill out a Primary Email Change request, then I was told to submit a change of ownership form. I had to submit multiple personal and organizational documents (expected) but never told why so I would get a response back that the Tax form was too old (which made me think they were looking to prove the company was still operating) so I would submit something different from the list but be told that the address wasn't the same (mind you, we're a nonprofit so half of these are public documents anyway. I would call the Customer Service desk, and the chat feature online but they're all different departments and do not have a way to communicate with one another so every time I'd connect with someone we'd start at square one. We've been a customer for a while (over 15 years), there really should've been a better way to help us out in a time of need.

I TURNS OUT I HAD SSL WITH WEB.COM AND DUPLICATE SSL WITH NETWORK SOLUTIONS
WHICH WERE NOT ABLE TO WORK SIMULTANEOUSLY. SHE WAS ABLE TO CANCEL THE DUPLICATE. VERY PLEASED WITH HER PATIENCE AND HELP IN UNSNARLING THIS ERROR.

After using a basic web.com template to design my website it is working one minute then not the next and provides the following error at bottom of this review.
Everytime I call no one and I mean one cares or can escalate to another department.
I believe it is a hosting issue not the basix template design I used to build and yes I have built other website before and never had a problem.
I wish I had never switched from sitebuilder also owned by web.com as they never had any issues ever.

Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.

Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
