Sometimes loadtimes are really slow in your website, even though I have a 300MB/s connection (checked). Renewing is frustrating. Not all notifications of the renewing process and events are done simultaneously and I have to be checking if something went wrong.

This was horrible. Without any notice we found that our website and email were down and saw a "DNS error" in our webpage provider. I spent hours on line and on the phone trying to find out why this happened after 20 YEARS of service with a problem. Many of the agents at WEB.COM did not know what to do and sent me to others who also were unhelpful. After hours spent the evening of 11/28 (the site went down on 11/26) and after hours the next morning I finally reached the right person who helped fix the problem. His name is "Jay"...give this man a raise, he earned it.

I cannot hook my shopify website up no matter what we do. It says i will receive an authorisation code and i havent then i try to get assistance by hitting the chat with us button which does absolutely NOTHING AT ALL. I purchased from you guys because it was a better price and a big name... i then purchased from another site another address and it took 30 minutes to be active and working. Very disappointed especially when the domain i purchased shows as available on other sites. Either it gets fixed and someone assists me to get it working or i want my money back and i will purchase from a site that actually works and is legit

Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.

Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
