Horrible customer service, dont help the customers with problems, didn't get services i paid for, customer service tried to charge my card for services i said i didn't want, told me services were woking when they were not, told me i needed products after having bought year subscriptions prior, not help me with the problems i was having with the services the ask me to buy another services, hid price changes, never got the full services i paid since starting services, website builder is mediocre at best and there were features i couldn't add to my website and that wasn't made known prior to receiving services, and has never actually fixed any issue ive had or refunded any money lost. Ive contacted the Federal Trade commission about all of this.

Initially when I signed up, I was convinced that it would be easy for a novice such as myself to use this site. However, it is really hard to build my website here. It takes me hours to figure out how to delete, change or move something, how to manage the fonts and virtually every little thing I have to do. After about 14 hours of trying, I am having a friend build it for me. And no, I cannot afford your professional services, even at half price.

Terrible

Terrible. Every day a different problem and when I seek help from an agent it seems that they are more uninformed than me, they focus on asking me and in the end they do not give solutions. Yesterday one of the agents told me that the problem is Google!
