The company's reputation is marked by a stark divide in customer experiences. On one hand, some clients commend the quality of specific services, particularly in web design and SEO assistance, highlighting instances of exceptional customer support. However, a significant number of reviews reveal persistent issues, including slow response times, inadequate technical support, and billing disputes, which contribute to a growing sense of frustration among long-term users. Overall, while there are positive interactions, the prevailing sentiment underscores a troubling decline in service quality and reliability, prompting many customers to seek alternatives.

So far, so good. I'm new to this and struggling with what everything means, what I need vs. what is extra (could do later).
I have called support over a dozen times to fix the ongoing issues I've experienced. Each time I call I am unable to get the issues resolved due to the total incompetence of the Domain.com staff.
I have not received payment invoice for all services. It means i do not know how much money to prepare on my credit card. It caused that now i have risk to loose my privacy. Also you increase price without any previous informing.
It's a bit difficult for me to assign or change the direction i want the domain to point to
In the middle of transferring in my domains in and then it said my account was suspended. Now i dont see the last one there that i was charged for...
Bought a domain and not seeing it in my domain list.
I have learned so much through this site and was able to build a website on my own. I never would have been able to do that. Some things I don't understand though.
Was easy to get domains but I can't get printable receipts for my purchases
Difficult to navigate, but tech-challenged friendly-ish. Like the templates, wish it were more intuitive for those that are first timers.
I cannot connect my domain to microsoft outlook and can't seem to get any real help
My experience with Domain.com was easy, smooth and quick.

Your website is not user friendly either
A lot of buttons meant to initiate a chat for support don't go any where which leads to a bit of frustration, but, after a short wait, I got pretty good support over the phone
I cant get a hold of help, have waited on hold/ no chat response
Easy interface and nice start for creating a website

Scamming me and charging me for auto renewals even after I've clearly and repeatedly gone in and made sure it was turned off. Don't impulse buy a domain from this company, they will charge your credit card despite making it very clear you're not wishing to renew.
Web builder needs to be drag and drop. Cant stand the limited functionality!
I looked around a bit. Tried to turn off auto-renew before my rate hike after one month, in case I didn't like it. But they don't have that option anywhere. You have to call in and speak with someone during business hours to turn off auto-renew and cancel. I don't want to business with a company like that. So, I never even tried it, didn't get a refund. Poor business practice and poor example for a marketing company.
The platform is great but the the website builder can be a little better. The UX/UI on square space is a little better but overall this websites offerings are good
Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
Answer: I had to ring my credit card company and get them to stop the payment
Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
Answer: Hey there Mira - if you call into our customer support lines at 1-866-655-7679 we'd be happy to help!^MB
