I spent more than 2 hours today trying to resolve an issue with renewing friendmed.co (I paid for 2 years-shd be a 2028 expiry now and is still 2026) and 4 calls later it is STILL not resolved...further, I got an escalation ticket from some company called ipage.com (with whom I have NO RELATIONSHIP). The fact that you guys have no way for customers to email support with screenshots of issues, etc., is a JOKE as well. Your web interface is slow, unreliable, and clunky, and your prices (which lured me here in the first place) have gone WAY UP, especially considering the aforementioned low quality service, interface, reliability, etc. GET IT TOGETHER!

They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
