My second mistake was giving web.com another chance to redeem themselves. You are at the mercy of their untrained and uneducated customer service reps which will only tell you that they will submit a ticket for someone to review your issue only for them to close out your issue before even resolving the issue. web.com has caused my website to be down due to their own internal billing errors which caused me to lose all the contents of my website. They also are very unwilling to help because they want you to use their paid consulting services.
