I have purchased the private website setting so my contact info is hidden but it has been sent out to who knows what lists. I am getting 20-30 calls a day from people trying to sell me web-relate services. I called web.com agent and there is nothing they could do. Incredibly frustrating.
I find the web builder to be hard for the traditional user to use. For instance, I am unable to remove the ecommerce store shopping cart from the top header. I also don't understand why I am only allowed three backups per site. I am also unable to remove and replace the backups I no longer need.
After calling in end of last week, I was put off from the manner in which the customer rep told me that it would take 24-48 hours to get the listings and directories issue into someone's care to begin the process of cleaning up the errors that is on your end. It's been some time and it seems that things still aren't resolved.

I'm grateful to Web.com for setting up my website. If I had any difficulties, I immediately turned to specialists and they helped me. Thanks to them my site works well. Images load without problems and all buttons are active, I had problems with this before, but Web.com helped me figure it out.

Setup is far from intuitive. The chat feature is a time suck (clearly offshore), and the customer service number is useless.
The UI is still a bit confusing to me honestly. I always struggle to find what I want. To me, it looks like this UI is built on an old infrastructure.

Been using domains for years. I haven't need to interact with customer service or tech support yet so I can't say how well they do. My only complaint is it feels like domains went from just a registar to a hosting service and had made registering domains the side gig which I don't like my self.

They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
