I had trouble with my e mail and Deepak insisted that the issue was with Tucows or my personal e mail settings. He failed to help and I only found out what the issue was when I searched thru the web.com site. Perhaps he should get to know the products you offer a bit better.
Very disappointed in the web builder. Only 2-3 days of using it and it never has my format consistent. Pics all misaligned, header messed up and all the support i got gave me 2 escalated cases and still no answers or resolution. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
