I been spending here in domain 1000s on dollars for the las 10 years, now I feel scamed and I want to move all may domains in the near future. I need to be clear on your promotions.

Privacy protection is not included in the price for the domain and support cannot be reached via phone which I found out after transferring my domain.
I can't seem to maneuver to the things I need to do. I get emails telling me that my domain has not reached the age to transfer, but cannot tell why not. I get emails about my SSL certificate, but we cannot seem to resolve that. I am beyond frustrated.
They are group of scammers! I purchase domain and email but after I paid they asked me to pay more to get an email and domain active (even though I paid already for them). I can not remove my payment and customer agent said they even can not pause or delete my account. The only option they offer to disabled my subscription but it's a lie. They're keeping charge me without even I use this website.

Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
