The company's reputation is marked by a stark divide in customer experiences. On one hand, some clients commend the quality of specific services, particularly in web design and SEO assistance, highlighting instances of exceptional customer support. However, a significant number of reviews reveal persistent issues, including slow response times, inadequate technical support, and billing disputes, which contribute to a growing sense of frustration among long-term users. Overall, while there are positive interactions, the prevailing sentiment underscores a troubling decline in service quality and reliability, prompting many customers to seek alternatives.

Payment method doesn't work. I had an issue with this the previous time as well.
Unable to resolve my ongoing issue. I spoke with 5 people and got 5 different answers none of which worked.
So far, good. Issues are somewhat quick to resolve. Customer service is friendly and helpful.
Self explanatory, easy to navigate, I love this site builder.
I have to sign out and back in again to get my email accounts setup. Ugh. :(
Photos moving around. Sections duplicate in the web editor. Software shuts down by itself.
Finding a name and purchase a domain was easy and fun
I thought Web.com would be a professional site and help me get up and running quickly and professionally with a Website. NOT SO - Expect a month or more and multiple mistakes along the way.
Not user friendly, very time consuming - customer service is only thru chat - need a customer service phone number to call to get a live person
The webmail update worked for a day, now I can't receive any email.
I should not have been charged for a domain that I was planning on cancelling prior to the due date. I was charged a full week PRIOR to due date. I expect it 100% refunded. I will contest with my credit card company. That is misuse of funds with a stored card.
REFERENCE: thecuckoocoop.com It still shows active and it should not as I was attempting to cancel and finalize the situation on 3/24. Chat online just doesn't always work for customers. 3/22/23 I was charged for 2 domains and on 3/24 charged for privacy for 2 domains. I had planned to see the other domain huntonthefly.com PLEASE remedy and correct this issue immediately as I have handled it all in a very timely manor.
Having difficulty setting up my page for months now

I've been building websites, since 1996. The tools a cumbersome, clumsy, and not as intuitive, compared to Adobe. I'm resorting to experimenting w/copy pasting HTML, to make things easier. Perhaps it is just my learning curve (Ok, Boomer!), but the frustration with inability to simply move, boxes around, is real.
Wordpress is not working as expected. Unable to work on my clients site.
But it's getting it first online store so yeah it's a bit harder for me.
I cannot understand how to log in, what are my username and password, how to manage emails etc
Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
Answer: I had to ring my credit card company and get them to stop the payment
Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
