The product is absolutely fine, however, the service leaves a lot to be desired. A recent change in email security happened. Web.com sent instructions that did not work. When I called for assistance, I was told I had to pay an additional $59.99 to get the problem fixed. This is not the first time it has happened. Email changes that result in interrupted service seem to happen once a year or so. Seems like a gimmick to get more money out of you. Plus, anytime you call in, the person tries to up-sell you on other services or products.
It is difficult to set things up. I've attempted to use the chat. :(

When I tried to login in the past I could not! I found the bill had not been paid. Fine. However, that is not how to treat a customer. You should have safeguards in the system to let me get into the account and alert me that the bill has not been paid! Other systems do that and it TRULY seems more courteous. When I log in I must think that everything is ok or I need to update something.

This company is worthless. Not to mention the confusion of getting tickets from and calls and emails from both web.com and network solutions. SEPARATE THEM. IT'S CONFUSING! Also, your sales team are a bunch of liars. For 4 years, each time, I'm promised things that end up complete lies. Your team break more things than they fix, and sell you packages that don't exist, and won't fix it.
