If i could give less I would. Web.com has been horrible. Has cost me business and is less than professional when it comes to addressing issues. You couldn't handle my email. I moved my domain to you to make things easier. So far my website is only available to certain parts of the country. The answer is always 48 hours and it will be up and running. Here we are three weeks later and its still 48 hours. Now my domain is locked and I cant move it to a place that can actually host me properly. As a new business trying to build a brand not having an email and not having a working website has left me out of being able to focus my attention to my business. I've lost hours in the chat and on the phone. No resolution. This company was supposed to make building my website easier. It has failed miserably. And I can't even chalk it up as a loss and move on. I'm left waiting for my domain to get unlocked to move on. Waste of time.
This is probably my first review of any sercive ever, they are so bad that they got me to write a review.
When I need their help with basic stuff such as pointing my domain to an A record, the chat/phone support has no idea what they are talking about, they are clueless of anything tech-related and takes forever to even answer you.
We are in 2023 and even a bot is better than their support, so I used chatGPT and got the help I needed.
I moved all my domain from Register.com to a different provider.

I did not authorize my website Climate Change Plan B to go online. I explicitly told Lincoln yesterday I did not authorize my website to go online and I felt the website was totally mixed-up, fraught with errors, not at all what I requested, and had completely loss the spirit of the mission. I had previously sent Lincoln an email with the corrected text and where the text should be placed. It was completely ignored. I resent that text yesterday with the understanding that he understood my concerns, that he would act in good faith to make the needed corrections (which are major), and that he would call me the following day to take care of all the problems, since they are clearly major.
Again, please take the unauthorized website immediately. There could be real credibility and liability issues to Climate Change Plan B.

I have had nothing but issues with purchasing a domain. So many that I ended up buy the domain twice because you sent me an email telling me the time lapsed. So I' am now told you won't refund one. I wish I would have stayed at godaddy. I will not recommend you to anyone. No help, and no refund, Horrible service. I emailed 4-5 times asking for help heard crickets. Very upset over my treatment. Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
