The company has a mixed reputation, with some customers appreciating its extensive library of content and user-friendly interface, which enhances the viewing experience. However, numerous complaints highlight significant dissatisfaction with rising subscription costs, technical issues like slow loading times, and customer service inadequacies. Many users express frustration over billing problems and the perceived decline in content quality, particularly regarding Netflix originals. Overall, while the platform remains popular for its variety, the growing concerns about service reliability and customer support suggest a need for improvement to retain loyal customers.

I'm not easily pleased, but Netflix impressed me for the value I received for only $8/mo. That is or was their cheapest plan. When I lived alone it was a reliable TV companion. I don't give 5-star reviews.
I watched a few entire fascinating TV series. Movies were not as hi-Q for my taste, but great value, and Netflix thoroughly destroys Hulu and Crackle for commercial-free streaming video.
I signed up for Netflix and went with the plan that has 4K. So far I am not to impressed with their catalog but the service seems decent and haven't had any major issues. Hopefully they will expand it more so I can enjoy it with the family.
I just finished streaming The Arrow, next up Legends. So much to see so little life to live.
Except for their occasional down-time involving maintenance that they don't alert users to, I have a good selection of the shows I enjoy though I hope they'll offer more selections where it concerns older films, such as hulu offers.
Easy to use, great for the price point. However, movies and tv shows are all older but that is their selling point. Very very affordable monthly rate. They also send you suggestions for movies/tv shows due to what you have been watching previously. They pay attention to your trends. You are also able to access it through ipads, iphones. You can watch it at any location as long as you sign in and can save the spot that you were at previously.
I have been using Netflix for about four years now. For three out of the four years I have used the DVD services where DVDs are mailed straight to your house. The DVDs came quickly, but some of them were scratched. I have no real complaints about the DVD services. I have used Netflix streaming for a year now. I believe that it should have a larger selection of movies and shows to choose from. You cannot stream nearly as many movies and shows that you can get from the DVD services. I also belive that more seasons should be available. It doesn't make sense to have the second season of a show, but not the first season. Overall Netflix is has been a good overall experience that makes it easier and cheaper to view movies from home.
I have been a Netflix customer for six months, and I enjoy the
Quality and variety of their offerings, but service is sketchy.
Sometimes I will be viewing a program and it will just quit and then a little circle comes up and begins going around and never gets past 25%. It could be an issue with my provider (Comcast), but it
Is very annoying.
I love utilizing this streaming service. Keeps me happy on the weekends when I don't want to waste money at the bar.
Cost Effective and way better than that paid for Cable. Cable prices are ridiculous and with their pricing, due to current economy prices, don't they show. How much they care which is None. Netflix is the way.
Charged my account twice a month before I caught it and would not reverse the charges, rep said it was my fault. I liked the shows they offered but cancelled due to bad customer service
In my free time I like to go and watch new and interesting shows and movies. I enjoy doing this on my favorite app, Netflix. Sometimes it is very hard to find good movies/shows on Netflix because a lot of them are old and irrelevant, or the movies that you do want to watch aren't on Netflix. For example, Netflix has a lot of Disney movies and Pixar movies but where are the classic movies that we grew up on? Where are "The Lion King" "Toy Story" "Finding Nemo"? Don't get me wrong, Netflix has some good movies but there should be more variety. When there are new movies that come out on DVD Netflix should be able to put them on there for us to watch as well. I think doing this it would make a lot of customers very happy and Netflix will even gain more customers.
Loads of movies, wish it had more tv shows that we used to watch when we were young
They are always adding new movies and shows. Their selection is getting better and the plans are reasonable.
I just don't like having to wait a whOle year to watch Netflix original shows because I watch the entire thing in 2 days lol then I have to find something else to watch
I love Netflix and has some main series that you might want to watch, although I dont think it is too good for movies... 9/10 movies you search and expect to be on there aren't! Even the most obvious ones. I think it needs a good update.
The on demand movie selection is slim sometimes but the new shows and films they've been creating have been wonderful.
Movies are great but if they cost you money to view for limited times and cost 1GB of data per view it's actually cheaper to rent a dvd or get movies on demand for free with SBS on demand. Don't wait until you get your internet bill because you will have a heart attack! 1GB of data isn't enough for some movies. And 1GB of data on average prepaid costs $10-15. That one old movie for the price you can buy a copy ondvd for in stores. Incredibly expensive and misleading advertising. Nothing is free but Netflix is a joke.
Netflix isn't a great expense, so I think it's pretty decent considering the price, but very often I look for a film (obviously not super recent ones) on Netflix to find it isn't available... Many of the films on there are pretty rubbish. Perhaps better for series, like breaking bad, orange is the new black, etc.
I don't have cable so I depend on Netflix. There are always great tv shows and movies to watch immediately. Keep your DVD queue filled and they send DVD's right away. Easy to return because the envelope that you receive the DVD in is also used to send it back at no cost to you.
Answer: They do not, but he can listen to stand up shows I guess
Answer: Ohh finally someone thats having the same problem... Netflix always blames my Wi-Fi but, I know thats not the problem. Considering canceling.
Netflix offers streaming movies and TV shows in addition to a DVD by mail rental service.
