The company has a mixed reputation, with some customers appreciating its extensive library of content and user-friendly interface, which enhances the viewing experience. However, numerous complaints highlight significant dissatisfaction with rising subscription costs, technical issues like slow loading times, and customer service inadequacies. Many users express frustration over billing problems and the perceived decline in content quality, particularly regarding Netflix originals. Overall, while the platform remains popular for its variety, the growing concerns about service reliability and customer support suggest a need for improvement to retain loyal customers.

Cheap but way too many sitcoms, need more recent movies.
Love Netflix, this is better than subscribing to cable! You will have plenty to choose from! Can use on phone and computers. You will not regret this purchase! Check out for free for one month and you will be addicted!
I love the netflix streaming though sometimes, I find it odd when I look a good movies and it is not found. So far, the best streaming.
No I wouldn't discontinue the service. I do think they could provide better movie titles being that they have so many subscribers
Such a large selection it is great for binge watching
They constantly update their selections, making it great for stay at home days.
Netflix has quite a few selections and some good shows produced for them. However, I find their on screen (T. V.) selection to be difficult to move around and select. Secondly they have limited selections on T. V., unlike their online services.
I thought it would have anything you can think of. Almost every show I wanted to watch wasn't listed. This service is probably great for most people's tastes.
Netflix provide good shows but their price is little high. They should think about their rates.
Hulu and Netflix, maybe GOHBO, stream over the internet, dump the cable company. Cable companies are horrible, and why watch programming on their schedule anyway? On-demand programming is the future. Scheduled programming is so over.
Netflix is great. My only complaints is that they do not add new movies fast enough.
Only complaint I have with Netflix, is the lack of user friendliness in browsing videos, movies and etc. I've found Hulu to be much easier to browse and find stuff due to their format providing categories as well as actually Tv channels. I would like to see Netflix follow suite.
Me and my family hate netflix. It is not a good movie site to spend money on. They only have movies that been out years ago. Only some things are new. They need to put more movies on there or they won't have much customers paying for netflix. People are starting to go to Hulu. Spend your money there because people are looking for War Room, The Perfect Guy, Ride Along 2, and other movies. Everyone switch to Hulu now to save money. Netflix are taking our money and not doing nothing good with it.
Everyone knows about netflix. In the past, I shipped the DVDs back and forth and it came out to a little over $1 per rental. Now I just use their streaming plan. Their software is available for every capable device, and it works very well. I use the basic streaming plan and can have two people watching separate programs at any given time. There are no limits to how much you can watch other than that, and maybe your bandwidth limitations.
It is only about $8 per month and the selections are vast, plus- they are constantly adding new content. They have many Netflix exclusives. Sometimes I watch movies, shows, or I watch Stand-Up Comedy, Reality, or nature documentaries.
I will continue to be a customer, as long as they keep up what they are doing.
I love Netflix but it takes them forever to add movies, or new season for a show. It has many selections of tv shows and movies. I want to see new things
Netflix and chill! That's the perfect combo for lazy sunday evenings.
Answer: They do not, but he can listen to stand up shows I guess
Answer: Ohh finally someone thats having the same problem... Netflix always blames my Wi-Fi but, I know thats not the problem. Considering canceling.
Netflix offers streaming movies and TV shows in addition to a DVD by mail rental service.
