People I know seem to like Netflix. I find the movies it offers a bit below exceptional most of the time. I've seen so many top notch films that perhaps I'm a bit picky. However... I also was repeatedly charged their standard fee for a year in spite of the fact that I called them repeatedly to cancel and never used the service after two weeks. The payment finally stopped being deducted from my card but I was not given a refund. A small amount of money taken (it's a lot to me though) and if this is an occurrence that is repeated with others it adds up. Your choice but I chose HBO now.
I just had the best help(Jeffery) from Netflix. I had just finish watching "The Return" and start on season 2 and there was know subtitle and I could not understand what happen... so I call and Jeffery took his time to help me get that "sub-title in English". OMG! Netflix you have the best employee, they are better then the cable employee. THX Jeffery:-) Hugs! Hugs!
I love Netflix! Thousands of movies, new releases every day! Easy to search and save your own line up. The ap is also great at recommending movies based on what you watch. So many TV shows to Binge watch. I find it easier than on demand. Seasons and episodes are perfectly organized!
There's many popular movies and shows you want to see and they just don't have them, besides why pay when you can watch all that in the net for free!
I no longer have cable and I love being able to do marathons of tv shows. I do wish Canada would step up to the plate and offer more ... however overall satisfaction.

The service is brilliant, but compared to the american version we here in england hardly get anything, half of the series' are missing which means you can watch 1 and 2 but to watch the 3rd or 4th series you have to go elsewhere to find it. Seriously need to update your library netflix!
I have been on Netflix for two years. I used to enjoy it but many of the older standards have been removed and placed on their costly DVD RENTAL SITE. I have been paying 7.99 for two years but have been informed the payment will be increased by 2.00 per month. I was getting far more for my money a while back and will not pay and additional 2.00 for even less. I will check out alternative sites. You might consider that too

Nothing really new to say, great for the things it does have, and they certainly have been improoving their supply of shows lately, but #1 when I am killing a weekend by blitzing 3 seasons of a show I don't need a screen popping up asking if I am still there... and #2 I really wish they would stop double listing shows. It takes more time finding something to watch than watching something... stop putting 1 show in 15 categories it barely fits into... I need an option to just go through every show in alphabetical order, those categories are useless.
We do not have cable, as the price became ridiculous. Netflix has allowed me to watch many episodes of cable shows as well as many genres of movies. I am addicted to OITNB!
I have been with this company 10 years and the last couple of months have been unable to play the movies they send to me. Called on a weekend told them the above statement and received no advice so I cancelled due to the response of that person. They are charging for a product that does not work well and with no responsibility.

We have enjoyed finding a series and each night or only Friday nights watching a series. It is great to have immediate access to TV series, documentaries and movies. And you can sign up loved ones and friends who also get to benefit from your membership. It is very economical. Only downside is they dont have current movies - they are about 5 months behind.
