So I wanted to look up a property I did a search it's like we found information try our trial for $1 7 days. I'm like all right. I sign up get charged a dollar only for the website to turn on say we don't have no records for that address. That's a messed up bull$#*! why did I not get told that before I paid the dollar yeah it's just a dollar but that's shady business

I canceled by email in writing after I used for about one hour and provided inaccurate, already available free information. Then the site continued to charge me for four months after that.
To tired to fight them. Keep your coin.

My phone was stolen and the individual I believe that took the phone was a minor. Using the PayPal account on my phone they signed up for neighbor who... To be safe I also reported all credit card lost or stolen... Reissued new cards and used on PayPal account in December. Trial membership for neighborwho ended in October. In Dec they deducted 44.86 off my card. I got new cards again and in January they took off another 44.86. I did not have the information to cancel the account since I didn't open it and was informed I needed the membership information. At that point I quit using PayPal and no longer purchased anything that required PayPal. I have requested a refund but have been denied. Don't recommend PayPal either. When I reported my card with them lost no other charges should have been allowed to come through. Neighbor who will find a way to take your money even when you didn't sign up for an account. Don't trust them.

I signed up for $1 for a week with understanding I could cancel prior to $45 a month charge beginning. Out of two properties searched there was only information for one. I sent in a cancellation notice but heard nothing back. I then emailed customer service saying I wanted to cancel, but heard nothing back. I finally cancelled through my credit card company and got an email from Neighbor Who pleading with me to cancel my dispute filing with Fidelity Visa or it might take longer to get my refund. Sure Thing.

I never signed up for this service and started seeing a charge on my account. What the heck? I want a full refund this company is a scam and terrible.

I never used this service but somehow entered into a "service agreement' and was billed for $26.
In my opinion, stay away from unethical this company!

I canceled the 7 day trial after 4 days because I got a ton of mis-information about myself, and missing info that is simple to verify. When I complained they didn't respond but they canceled my subscription at Paypal dated the DAY AFTER they charged me $44.88.

Never mind the poor customer service, much of the info they provide is wrong and basic info was just not there when it can be found easily by other similar services.

I've attached their contact info for REFUNDING your costs... Good luck.(mine hasn't been credited back yet... and its been 48 hrs)

When you use services like theirs... it is for a specific intent... NObody likes to have their time & money wasted... After a good 5 minutes... they hit you up for fees... you believe they have ALL the information you're looking for... so you enter your payment information... and WHAT A BARGIN... 40% off... Hahahahaha
The information files are unlocked... and you're SADLY disappointed to discover... You've just wasted your time and your money
Let me just add their DISCOUNTED fee is STILL more than most other search services.
They DO allow you to file for a refund... Hahahaha... we shall see...
Final note: SAVE YOUR TIME... SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY... SAVE YOUR ALL AROUND SANITY!

So they take 5 - 10 minutes to "Compile" all the information on the person you are searching, all the while showing progress bars to make you think that they are gathering a lot of info. This also has the benefit to them of making the user feel invested so that when it finally says the job is done, you will feel that you have invested too much time and that they have compiled too much information to just walk away, so you are more likely to pay for the file they offer. Unfortunately, that is not how computers work these days. This should only take about 30 seconds for the largest file to be ready, don't be fooled by tactics meant to get you to open your wallet. I'm not going to complain that much about not telling the user up front that there are fees for the information, as this seems to be par for the course for most of these sites. I do however, find it suspicious and a deal breaker that they don't even let you know what kind of information has been found. Who wants to pay $20-40 only to find out that everything included is the old, incorrect information that comes up on every google search.

The service they provide is decent, I was able to obtain the information that I was looking for without too much difficulty. Their user interface was easy to navigate. When I wanted to delete my account is when I was most frustrated, you have to go into the FAQ to find the route of cancelation, which is emailing their customer service team. The good thing is that the team responded in less than half an hour, but not allowing the user to delete it on our own terms is tool used to collect monthly fees because of customers not knowing how or following through with deleting accounts (my opinion). However, that being my only real gripe, I feel the service was everything that they advertised.

Reserved means purchased. (Neighbor special lingo)
I reserved a spot, never moved in and cancelled 3 days later. The fee was supposed to be like $73.00, I was fine with them keeping it, but then they charged me an additional $73.00 because I didn't rent for 2 months. So I asked if they where re renting the space and they said I "canceled" ( which means moved out) in the neighbor special lingo. And have no rights to the space even though they charged me a full months rent. It's a scam and they pick and choose what words mean.
Support was useless contacted me a week and a half later. It forced me to rate it no stars from me

The info on this site is atleast 7 years old. It shows that my house still belongs to the original owner. We purchased in 2015 from. Also the land I was looking up was purchased in 2020 it still shows it belongs to the person who purchased it in 1999. Do waste your money

Neither phone number works, and no reply to my emails and request for verification of my immediate cancellation... Unless they rally fast, Neighborwho has heard the last of me. I would steer clear if I were you.

I expected to get some information that was unique, but all I got was either worthless information or information that is free online everywhere.

Scam scam scam. Never use this site. Worst thing ever I am honestly going to press charges on them. Wth

This is a scam. I put my own address in and it said no property found. Too bad they don't have a minus zero rating.
