I was cautious because I hadn't heard of this shop before, and also because my photo was so cropped that it became a bit scruffy. But the necklace turned out perfect! And the customer service was good, they even managed to change my shipping address, since I accidentally put the old one.
This was a gift to a friend who's dog passed away, so it has a lot of meaning. So I just genuinely want the whole world to know this! Thumbs up to this shop! :)
I ordered a necklace with my beloved Schnauzer we had just lost. I canceled my order within 20 minutes of placing the order and requested a refund to my paypal acct. Received 2 emails confirming the cancellation and indicating the refund would be processed. Almost a month later, I do not have the refund. PayPal has contacted them as well and they have not responded to them yet either. You might want to think twice about doing business with this company located in China.
I ordered 2 necklaces back in Dec. And still do not have them - watched tracking and now it's expired still do not have my necklaces -
