i ordered 2 necklaces back in Dec. and still do not have them - watched tracking and now it's expired still do not have my necklaces -
I ordered a necklace with my beloved Schnauzer we had just lost. I canceled my order within 20 minutes of placing the order and requested a refund to my paypal acct. Received 2 emails confirming the cancellation and indicating the refund would be processed. Almost a month later, I do not have the refund. PayPal has contacted them as well and they have not responded to them yet either. You might want to think twice about doing business with this company located in China.
