Trees arrived in timely manner. They were healthy and well packed. Transplanted Easley. Are healthy and doing wonderfully.

I needed a mature plant to plant opposite another plant so I ordered it and am so happy with its size.

I ordered a five-foot tree, and Nature Hills sent one nearly six feet tall. It arrived exactly as predicted, in excellent condition, and is now thriving in its new home. I wish I could send a photo, but my phone is not sufficiently advanced.

Ordered a Mimosa Tree. It was packaged very well and arrived in great condition. It bloomed once after I planted it. Can't wait to see what it will do next year!

In the spring I ordered a Hot Lips plant to draw more Hummingbirds to our home. The plant arrived quickly and was in great shape. I planted it and it took off blooming all summer and the Hummingbirds loved it.

Helpful customer service when I called to order tree. Going through first winter this year but hopefully it will not have an issue. If so, I suspect they will be helpful. I did purchase a replacement warranty to guarantee success.

I was hesitant to order shrubs/trees online as a previous experience with another company was so disappointing--but I couldn't find a particular tree that I wanted locally. So, I took a chance with Nature Hills. I'm so glad I did! Shipped quickly, great care was taken with the packaging, the tree was robustly healthy, and it was much larger than I expected! So, I took another chance with a climbing rose that I couldn't find locally--again, I had the same wonderful experience! I guess I quickly became a "regular" customer! I've ordered 4 times--and always delighted (and I'm picky!)! Putting together a list for this Spring...

Excellent service! The shinseiki pear tree was well-packaged and delivered in one piece. Upon opening the box, the shinseiki pear tree was healthy with vibrant green leaves and it continues to flourish. I'm happy with my purchase and will order from nature hills nursery again.

My 1975 Ann magnolia fell over just the other day. Was a sad day til I found this Ann magnolia with this nursery. Great price so I bought one. Can really fast like next day or so. Box was delivered upside down but no problem. The box they use is a great constructed box. Hold plant in place. But they should make box this side up or something. Opened up to one healthy lookin plant. Pot was wrap in plastic bag to hold moisture in and keep soil moist. Custom service was good responded to my question within two days. Answered my question about QR codes on receipt. Now just hope it like it here at My home in southeastern Pennsylvania. Just like my old one that was a good 10 foot tall.

The plants have always been a great size and healthy. They have always shipped quickly. I feel like I get good value for the money.

Of the nine roses I have purchased this year from three different nurseries, the Touch of Class I purchased from Nature Hills, was easily the best I have received. Maybe they are a little more expensive than some of the others, the quality is very much worth it!

We ordered two plants which arrived well-packed and healthy. The only reason we aren't giving 5 stars is that we would have liked a little more fuller foliage, but they were not sparse. Both plants are doing well and we anticipate beautiful plants in spring. Pleasant buying experience.

Unfortunately with this nursery if you cancel there will be a 10% charge and you will not receive the full charge you spent. This is not a good practice with customer satisfaction. I will never order from this nursery again. Unsatisfied customer.
