I have placed a few orders and have been consistently happy with deliveries and products. Must admit that saving even a little helps my family a lot, especially during these hard times, so I shop here because they have the best prices for natural products not only online but even compared to other stores you can physically shop at.

Excellent selection of foods and snacks that are not found in mainstream grocery stores. No matter your diet you will find quality items to enhance your meals or enjoy as snacks. I have ordered many times and have never been disappointed. Everything is packaged well and secure, you don't need to worry about your chips!

I discovered Natura Market place about 5 years ago and this is my all time favorite place to shop online. Since I am a health coach and a culinary nutritional expert I send my clients to shop on this website as I know they will find all the products I cook my recipes with.

Great service and shipping is fast. New products are always arriving and I love shopping with them especially with Covid19 this past year.

This online store is fantastic for their products & price, shipping is super fast and they do a fantastic job with packaging (don't worry about buying chips).
The only negative part is that you have to be 100% sure of what you are buying, forget about return/refund... their phone number is voicemail only, they won't return your call... the "contact us" on website is email basis and they won't respond to your emails.
After 2 weeks of trying to reach them (thinking their system is broken) i've returned some items and provided relevant account info thinking they will refund me anyways (shipping from Montreal cost $16) and 5 weeks later I still don't have a refund or even heard from them.

I bought strawberry cereal that had no strawberries. It was keto, very expensive, and I bought several. The customer service people tried to tell me that the strawberries had settled to the bottom or that I just didn't see them. I've purchased this many times before from other retailers so I know what it's supposed to look and taste like. When I asked for a store credit they continued to try and gaslight me, even when I sent photos. Then they said I can send back unopened product for potential refund - but you can't see into the packaging to know before opening.
Two stars since I've had previous positive experiences but I won't be shopping there again. This item was Carbonaut and was on sale which leads me to believe they might be purchasing defective product and knowingly selling it at full price.

I ordered a number of products from this company. Some of these products were canned goods. The expiration date on the canned goods was only about 1.5 months away. As I bought multiple of this product a 1.5 month shelf life is unacceptable and would never have purchased them had I known this to be the case. The company responded that as long as the expiration date is at least 1 month away, this is totally acceptable to them. I view it to be totally unacceptable to ship canned goods with only 1.5 months left before the expiry date. I subsequently searched their web site and found no mention of this policy. All consumers should be aware of this policy. I will not be ordering from this company again because I can not rely upon the expiration date of the product I receive.

Having previously familiarized yourself with the content that combined the useful substances of the Goodles Noodles product for the first trial version. The taste was pleasantly surprising, but it is better not to keep it on the fire for a long time so that it is not boiled. I think that I will buy in the future. I will follow the recipes of healthy dishes according to the ancient principle and saying of Hippocrates, "What you eat should be your medicine."

I ordered a large order of groceries through Natura Market. I received someone else's order instead. Instead of getting my refund or shipping me my actual order, they made me package up the 'wrong order' and send back before they would refund me or send me my order. It's been a month from the day I made the order and I still haven't received my refund. I won't be shopping here again!

Absolutely sub par products. I would take your hard earned money elsewhere. Customer service doesn't care about you. They don't even have a number where anyone answers. I hate natura market.

Natura Market has an excellent variety of products and helps fill in the gap that my local grocery store has here. I'm in Atlantic Canada and we are really behind when it comes to more natural and healthier food options.

One negative is that the customer service I experienced was very poor. They neglected to put a $25.99 product in my order and since it was past 24 hours from delivery they would not actually refund or send me the product. We weren't even able to open the box within that time frame. This experience will really impact what I order from them and how frequently I will going forward.

Being a loyal customer of this store I am absolutely appalled that my last order was defective and they refused to give me a replacement. You would think a Canadian company would be more than glad to help, well don't bother because they don't care and just want your money.

I used to scour the shelves of my local supermarkets trying to find the best low carb tasty food for my diet - with Covid I didn't want to spend time in grocery stores. Natura market makes it simple for me to find the best products with their diet filter and the customer product reviews are genuinely helpful. All delivered to my door in timely fashion. Ordering from Natura has become a favourite of my week - almost as good as receiving the product which is like getting a present every time.

I was looking for a specific food item online and stumbled across Natura Market. I decided to give it a go and order from this website. First of all, love how fast it ships and gets to me and their packaging is so well done. I also love that they are considerate to sometimes send me a sample with my purchase! Have been ordering from here ever since and it was such a great find! I definitely recommend it!

Natura Market notified me that they are refusing to serve my household ever again since I wouldn't change my online review. I have continued to give business to Natura Market in hopes that service would improve. I made an order the other day, and then received an email from customer service asking me to change my online review about receiving multiple products that were old stock and that were expiring within one week and two weeks. I told them that I would be happy to consider doing so in the future if my experience improved in the future, and in the meantime I will still give them a chance to do better and keep being a loyal customer. Customer service emailed me back to notify me that they will not accept my business any longer, or the business of anyone in my household ever again. They tried to strong arm a customer into making a false review and threatened to stop services. That is quite abrupt, and not very good business sense, considering I have been a loyal customer sine June 2020 spending a grand total of $3,261.34 at Natura Market. After all this, I still decided to give them another chance and asked them if they are sure that they would like to lose the future revenue from myself, family, friends and acquaintances, but there was no word back. I even reached out directly to two of the company owners. My review is always the truth, and I will not be strong armed or coerced into lying about my experience. If they do not want my business, I will gladly spend my future thousands of dollars elsewhere.

I couldn't find 'healthy' snacks until I came across Natura Market. I am now able to satisfy my VEGAN daughter and picky girlfriend with their sweet tooth and appetite for wonderful tasting goodies. My only issue is the prices are high and discounts are too few and far between. I am a Personal Trainer and am very cautious about what goes into my body. I always want to feel confident that what I buy will benefit my health.

I'm really happy with their service, keto products, fast delivery and how well my order is packed, even adding ice packets in the summer. They have a great line of products. I have never been disappointed yet. I highly recommend this company.
