I've been a customer for 1-2yrs now and have only had good experiences.
Prices are fair, shipping is fast and quality amazing. The kettle and fire bone broth is exceptional. Many healthy options to choose from.

I've been ordering with Natura Market for over a year. I order from them once a month. They have hard to find items at a great price! They ship quickly and well. You don't have to worry about your chips getting crushed or jars breaking.
Keep in mind to follow the advise they give when ordering certain items ex: evolve chocolate cups, will melt when it's warmer weather outside which is why I usually only order them in the winter months or certain mayos!

I have been buying products from Natura Market for close to 2 years. I live in a small town and was unable to find foods that fit my keto/low carb life style. Their service is quick and packaged very well for delivery and often shows up sooner than the expected delivery date. Great variety of products. Thank you Natura I have not had to look elsewhere.

I'm happy I discovered this online store. They have a wonderful selection of low card, low calories, keto, palio, whatever you are looking for! I personally love the selection of kodiak cakes that they have, its what drew me to the site and then I just began browsing and trying all kinds of other healthy alternative snacks and meals! This is definitely my go to place to order from! Packaging is amazing as well!

I shop from Natura Market every month. I can conveniently get products that I have to drive out of my way for in the city I live in. Prices are almost the same as what I pay in the store. Website is easy to navigate. Delivery is usually within a week. :)

I discovered this site a few months ago while searching for healthy products to buy and have delivered in Canada. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of products available and the great customer service I receive. I definitely recommend!

Decent selection of low carb and keto friendly items. My orders are always packed very well and shipping is quite fast. Prices are a bit high and they are frequently out of the products I like to buy so I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars. I will continue to order from Natura Market but do hope they will do better at keeping items in stock.

Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering with them. Believe what you read about their customer service or lack of. Once they have your money they don't care about your satisfaction. Shop somewhere else!

Natura Market is a really great place to find a lot of specialty food items! I've been able to order a lot of different foods and snacks that I wouldn't be able to source locally (even though I live in a city with a population close to 1 million), which is greatly appreciated. Every time I've ordered my items have been shipped promptly and fragile items are packaged very securely. As well, they have new items all the time and many Canadian products as well!

I know when I need something healthy to eat I can get it from Natura Market. I always find what I am looking for. The website is well organized and easy to use. This makes a big difference to me due to the current situation, I know I do not have to go without or wait for long. My items are always well-packed and the boxes are sturdy. As if that wasn't enough, I get free shipping when I order a certain amount! There is always a kind friendly personalized note I see when I open up the box! I will order from Natura Market when I am looking for healthy foods!

I have ordered several times and have always received my goods in a timely manner. The quality is very good and many of the items I am unable to purchase locally so this is very handy. I do find the prices quite high so I mostly buys product that are in sale.

Found this company by chance during the beginning of the pandemic. Love the quality of the products. Amazing customer service and the quickest delivery around. They are the only company you don't have to wait weeks on your goods! Love to find their new product launches!

We learned about NaturaMarket because our daughter has a food allergy that involves her not being able to eat any form of gluten or grains. The website is wonderful, simple and easy to use, the shipping is so fast - we get our orders sometimes within a couple of days of ordering and it's Canadian which is great! There are so many fantastic options on there that we love for our daughter and the variety is so awesome.
