I ordered a few products & they said they were on a 60 day back-order. I received half my order, but almost 5 months later & I still haven't received the other half. Now I have to dispute the transaction with my credit card company. It appears this company is having issues with their employees NOT fulfilling the orders, although I tried emailing them & now their email came back as "non-deliverable"... so something is up & they are not responding to make it right.

I placed an order with them and, after several weeks of waiting, I finally called to see what the hold up was. He said they "just sent it in the mail yesterday", so I patiently waited.
Another couple weeks go by and I called again. I got the same response that it was sent out "yesterday". At that point, I asked for a refund.
Another interaction with this company I tried to contact them via email and phone asking for an access code to order a particular product... again, NO RESPONSE.
Guess what, I will NEVER do business with this company. Their follow through is NON-EXISTENT.

NEVER in my life have I dealt with a worse company.
It 's been 7 months since I ordered. I have called them SO many times to get update. STILL no product.

Placed an order on the 10th of December
Finally received an email on December 26th that it shipped
They gave me a tracking number but when I looked it up it said the Item was shipped back to the sender 2 days later from the post office.
Tried to e-mail several and it was rejected tried to call and the said they would not be back until the 5th of January and the phone call abruptly ended.
Sounds like a scam. Buyer beware... i'm out 50 bucks they made sure to get my money before they so called sent the item.

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. Horrible service. Nothing was in stock when they said it was even I ordered. They said over a month ago they were issuing a refund. Have yet to see a penny!

NO refund given after two months. No communication from this site stating the products is so-called back-ordered. No refund offered. Was ordered on Jan 25th still nothing from them on March 26th. I highly recommend you don't waste your time. This is a scam artist website

Never have I deal with a worse company, never got the product, never got money back and the costumer service as non existent. Do not order from them.

Do NOT order from this company. You will never get your products and you will never see your money again. I'm out $80 from these frauds. I contacted the BBB and they won't even respond to them. Save your money and spread the word!

SO SAD TO TELL... but we placed an order via Natural Healing House web page - No order receive + no order refund- there is no answer from them via phone or email / they never answer;-( - DON'T TRUST THEM!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Over 2 months to ship and then wrong product. Will not reply to my inquiries for return and refund.

I placed an order November 25. On December 5 I was notified the order had been shipped, but as of today (Dec. 15), the post office never received it. I have e-mailed and called to no avail. I will have to dispute the charge through my credit card company.

Placed an order with Natural Healing House online. Paid by Paypal. Order did not arrive for weeks, and when it did, it only contained of the order I placed, though I had been charged for the entire order. I emailed them, and got no response. I emailed again, no response. I called them, no response. I kept calling and leaving messages, then finally received a response. I was told the items were "backordered" with no idea when or if they would come in. I asked for a refund and was told it was "being processed". That was over two weeks ago, and now I must file a complaint with Paypal to attempt to get my money back. Stay away from this place.

Spent more than a half hour of precious time muddling through their counterintuitive site: naturalhealinghouse.com. Finally attempted to place the order: applied all the correct info but the program rejected the order several times. I called their 866 # which is supposed to be available up to 5pm PT. No one picked up. I then e-mailed them at *******@naturalhealinghouse.com with my complaint and offered them the option to win back my patronage. In fact, this was the second time they had under-performed. The first time they hounded me with countless phone calls and e-mails claiming they did not receive the return I had executed according to their exact instructions using their label. They use USPS, the least proficient delivery service in my particular location. They claimed that USPS had not scanned and had not completed the return. Instead of confronting their delivery agent like a professional would normally do: they harassed me. Now you're probably thinking: "Why would I ever go back?" And you are correct to think so. Honestly, I do a lot of online shopping and I did not realize this was the same company that had failed the first time. Irregardless of the oversight, I do believe in second chances. However, the e-mail that I sent in re their second failure received a defensive and combative response... insinuating that my request for their proof of worth hid some less than admirable agenda! Not only did they deny my request for help: they virtually threw me out of the store and denied any further service. If I hadn't already located a better provider during their excessive response lag-time... I might have been unhappy. However, since I am more resourceful as a shopper than they are as a retailer: the loss of my considerable business for NHH was the only result. These are people that should not be in a service industry and are absolutely NOT equipped to conduct sales online. Their website is dysfunctional and their idea of customer service is a black hole. If you value your time and resources... find another provider.
