I ordered some thing on September 12. When I didn't hear from them or get a notification of shipment I reached out at least two times. It took them over two weeks and my bothering them to finally send it out at the end of the month. Awful.

Never have I deal with a worse company, never got the product, never got money back and the costumer service as non existent. Do not order from them.

I placed an order with them and, after several weeks of waiting, I finally called to see what the hold up was. He said they "just sent it in the mail yesterday", so I patiently waited.
Another couple weeks go by and I called again. I got the same response that it was sent out "yesterday". At that point, I asked for a refund.
Another interaction with this company I tried to contact them via email and phone asking for an access code to order a particular product... again, NO RESPONSE.
Guess what, I will NEVER do business with this company. Their follow through is NON-EXISTENT.

I ordered a few products & they said they were on a 60 day back-order. I received half my order, but almost 5 months later & I still haven't received the other half. Now I have to dispute the transaction with my credit card company. It appears this company is having issues with their employees NOT fulfilling the orders, although I tried emailing them & now their email came back as "non-deliverable"... so something is up & they are not responding to make it right.

Placed an order on the 10th of December
Finally received an email on December 26th that it shipped
They gave me a tracking number but when I looked it up it said the Item was shipped back to the sender 2 days later from the post office.
Tried to e-mail several and it was rejected tried to call and the said they would not be back until the 5th of January and the phone call abruptly ended.
Sounds like a scam. Buyer beware... i'm out 50 bucks they made sure to get my money before they so called sent the item.

Placed an order with Natural Healing House online. Paid by Paypal. Order did not arrive for weeks, and when it did, it only contained of the order I placed, though I had been charged for the entire order. I emailed them, and got no response. I emailed again, no response. I called them, no response. I kept calling and leaving messages, then finally received a response. I was told the items were "backordered" with no idea when or if they would come in. I asked for a refund and was told it was "being processed". That was over two weeks ago, and now I must file a complaint with Paypal to attempt to get my money back. Stay away from this place.
