It is so infuriating to see members do a few reps with weights that are clearly too heavy and spend the next 5+ minutes on their phone, while people wait to use the equipment. Why are you even in the gym if you spend so much time on your phone? Workout or get out and let others (that are serious about their workout) use the equipment. NO ONE ENFORCES ANY OF THIS!

I placed an order with them and, after several weeks of waiting, I finally called to see what the hold up was. He said they "just sent it in the mail yesterday", so I patiently waited.
Another couple weeks go by and I called again. I got the same response that it was sent out "yesterday". At that point, I asked for a refund.
Another interaction with this company I tried to contact them via email and phone asking for an access code to order a particular product... again, NO RESPONSE.
Guess what, I will NEVER do business with this company. Their follow through is NON-EXISTENT.
Tip for consumers:
Good luck trying to get them to respond to an email or answer the phone. I have tried several times and could not get anyone to respond back.

I have no problem with the LGBTQIA's but for a transgender male to be in the woman's locker room...
I paid for the 25 membership so I wasn't locked into a plan and I was still charged the buy out...
